Games are solid as well as the food, but as a younger person, me and my friends are verbally harassed by the rude staff every week for ID after they always check it upon entry … how else would we have gotten inside in the first place?? Anyways, it seems like some of the employees need to be re-trained with some basic manners - really unprofessional on their part.

Holy cow how this place went downhill in no time. Extremely rude staff member (possibly manager) with 0 skills in talking to people. You have to learn how to talk to your patrons, you are simply nothing without them. If you have issues, take out your anger on yourself. The place is losing customers and thats why they launched a raffle to get ppl to come back. It was poorly run that we decided to leave after 5 minutes and told our friends not to come as well. Spend your hard earned money in a place where you are treated like a valuable customer. If anyone wants more info about my incident, they are welcome to connect with me. Hoping this place is fixed quickly, because it once was a great place to have some fun.

We have been visiting this casino since it opened up during the pandemic. We have found that the the wins and losses are about the same, staff is very friendly and very willing to help anytime. Recently in the last few months they have introduced some very good cover bands of famous artists and all have been awesome with a very reasonable price, in addition the food and bar prices are unbeatable. We were there for their New Year's Eve celebration last night and the staff outdid themselves. The price included a buffet nibbles food bar, 3 drink tickets, $10 voucher for the games, Live Band (Disco Night) they were incredible, hats and a very nice and homely table set up. Me and my Wife had a blast. Can you have the Back To The 80S, Disco Night come back for another occasion.

Well it was my first time there I found the staff very helpful and courteous and informative. I was very impressed by the whole vibe and honestly had a good time. If you are looking for something to do with friends I would highly recommend it don't go to woodbine cazenio you lose all your money.

The reward card is nice you get $20 free bonus money to play but the games did not really pay out much and it is quite small with limited seating beside one another if you go with a friend still set up covid style which not technically a bad thing but just inconvenient if you are planning on going with someone you want to sit beside but overall not greatly impressed with this gaming location.
