Raina’s Cake in Port Credit, Mississauga was the perfect spot for a surprise birthday high tea, and it completely exceeded my expectations of what a high tea is. Every single item on the high tea menu was absolutely delicious, I couldn’t stop eating because everything was so flavorful and beautifully presented. From the delicate finger sandwiches to the pastries and sweets, each bite was a little piece of heaven. I also tried the rose tea, and it was so delicious, fragrant, soothing, and paired perfectly with all the treats. The service was outstanding; the staff were attentive, friendly, and made the experience feel extra special, ensuring everything went smoothly.
The interior is stunning and incredibly aesthetically pleasing. The space is filled with soft pink tones, elegant touches, and cozy seating, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where every detail is thought out, from the table settings to the way the desserts are displayed, it’s incredibly Instagram-worthy.
Overall, Raina’s Cake offers a high tea experience that combines delicious food, exceptional service, and a beautifully designed space. I would absolutely go back, whether it’s for another high tea, a special celebration, or just to enjoy the gorgeous atmosphere while sipping that amazing rose tea.

I recently hosted a private bridal shower at Rania’s Cakes, and it was truly the perfect venue for our celebration. From start to finish, the experience exceeded all expectations! The space was absolutely beautiful — soft pink decor, a stunning floral backdrop, and even a flower bouquet stand available for rent that made the setup feel extra special. It created the most elegant and feminine atmosphere, exactly what we were hoping for. Rania and her team were a dream to work with. They were so kind, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Planning an event can be stressful, but they made it effortless. And of course — the high tea experience was phenomenal! Everything tasted as amazing as it looked. Guests couldn’t stop raving about the baked goods and savoury sandwiches. I also need to mention that they had some wonderful tea options too. I’ve already made plans with some of the guest to come back! I would absolutely recommend Rania’s Cakes for anyone looking to host a beautiful, stress-free celebration. I have been here a few times for high tea and have thoroughly enjoyed it. My recent experience was not enjoyable however. We used to be able to select our choice of cookie and cupcake flavours which they have now discontinued doing. The cupcakes and cookies that were provided did not resemble the usual gourmet selection they have on display. The service was bare mimimum. There were no check-ins and there was just a lady sitting behind the counter the whole time on her phone. The quality of the food has also deteriorated and there was no selection of an alternative to the tea or coffee such as a tasty juice for my friend who does not drink tea/coffee. This used to be my go to halal high tea but I was quite disappointed. Especially because it is also more pricey than other places so I was hoping for a better experience. The only thing that was nice was the cute little setup inside and the dishware.

We were there on Sunday with my daughter for an end of Summer treat. We have been wanting to visit this little gem for a while now and we were so happy and impressed! The Café is beautifully decorated, the service was wonderful and the baked goods were delicious!! We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for a wondeful experience!
