They are misleading customers by showing incorrect prices (old prices) in the display screens and then charge extra amounts at the time of payment. Also they don’t refund customers saying they don’t have that option if we paid by card. However still food tastes good, but customer service is poor. You may
have to double check with cashier when ordering food to make sure you are aware about the updated price.

I ordered the Lamprais from Lankan Delights today and was extremely disappointed, not only with the taste, but also with how it made me feel physically. The dish did not taste anything like authentic Lamprais and was overly oily and heavy.

Shortly after eating, I experienced discomfort, and a strong sense of unease that left me genuinely concerned about the quality of the food.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was serious enough that I feel others should be aware. I truly hope the team reviews their preparation process and prioritizes both taste and health standards moving forward.

Best Lamp rice now. We used to go to this restaurant when Mark owned it, we just went and the food was very good especially the Lamp rice.

Recently I got fish lump rice and chicken lump rice. I am really disappointed because they missed to put an egg for chicken lump rice and for fish rice they only put a small fish portion. And the cashier is not friendly and no smile to customers at all. However the food is delicious.

I basically called & ordered, but my wife picked up the food. Excellent customer service over the phone. The food was tasty (Masala Dosa) & could not go wrong with the promotion price of just Cad$5.99. They sent me a complimentary sweet which was good too. Will definitely try the other dishes on their menu as per my likings/interests. already recommended to family & friends.

I was craving for lamprais and I found this place who makes it today. I ordered fish lamprais. When I arrived to the restraint, I was surprised to see the atmosphere of the place. Very disorganized. Dirty. Fruit fly around the food that was there. It was little too late for me to back off. I ordered vegetarian rice which doesn’t even feed one kid. When I got the food, I was surprised to find out that it was almost $30 for this very small portion . I opened the lamprais and found canned seeni Sambal in it. No veggie curries… I don’t even know why they call it lamprais . Very disappointment with the portion of food, items served, price and the hygiene of the restaurant. I would never recommend this place to anyone or ever visit.

Few days ago I got mutton roll at room temperature. I told them it was not hot when I took my first bite, they just simply put it in the microwave.

Today I got chicken curry and the lady asked if I wanted the chicken curry warm she can put it in the microwave because the curry was at room temperature. So I asked her if they put their curry in the fridge she was like it stays outside at room temperature because it’s cooked the same day.

It’s disgusting because the food should be kept warm not at room temperature

Visited after a couple of months. Bought rolls, patties, wada, pastries and fish buns. None of them were fresh or hot. Especially the patties tasted stale. We had to put them away. Prices are high compared to other restaurants. This was a go to place when we come to Mississauga. Will never come again. Avoid this place at all costs. Will warn my friends and family too.

Used to be called Hot Breads I think and we've been getting Lamprais from them for a while now and hands down: Currently the best Lamprais in the GTA: Delicious & super value for money. (If you find a better spot I wanna hear about it...)

It's so good I usually get a few extra to freeze and have later when the rice cravings kick in.

Smallish location, with unimpressive decor but the food & the customer service is 10/10.
