Very good juice

A very poor experience. I went to buy a mango smoothie. When I first tried to order, I called the staff member over and he told me to wait, then came back. I smiled and told him I wanted tapioca and 30% sugar, but he interrupted me three times while I was speaking, asking his own questions. I clearly said I wanted 30% sugar with tapioca, yet he kept interrupting to ask what size I wanted, then asked again about the sugar level and toppings, completely disregarding the customer’s experience. An extremely unpleasant experience. I hope this employee leaves as soon as possible.

They have a self order machine that tells you to take the receipt then when you do, they don’t make your drink and claim it’s because you took the receipt. Make it make sense.

Plus the drink was far too sweet and no way to adjust your preferences on their self order machine.

The drinks are good and reasonably priced, but the hygiene is poor. I ordered a watermelon drink, and when the server cut the watermelon, a piece fell into the sink. He retrieved it and put it in the blender before serving it in a cup.

Ordering system is so bad, no room to add requests like extra sugar or more or less ice etc. you have to place the order then run to the counter to let them know. By that time drink is made and staff gets pissed off, Would have been a lot easier if customer could let their preferences know at the start. Terrible

Service is quick, staff are very nice and helpful.

Even after mentioning no Ice for my order. They forcing me to drink with ice and I ordered through uber and still they sent it with ice. I don’t understand why do they do this. This is the second time that happened with me

Very disappointed with the service from the girl wearing glass. You Do Not Throw Change to a client doesnt matter its a
5 cent , its rude, disrespectful and shows zero customer service training.

I was there at 8.30pm on Nov 13, ordered a mango slush with a couple customization. the girl working there was so professional. she made my drink right and before serving it she also gave me a bit to taste, if its good. impressive. never came across any other Real fruit location doing that to me. happy.
