This location have disrespect customer service and they didn’t follow the recipe I bought passion fruit and it is test like medicine and they refused to switch it or return it don’t buy from this store

I usually enjoy Real Fruit juices and have had great experiences at other locations, but this was very disappointing. I ordered a carrot juice and it did not taste fresh at all — it had a strange aftertaste and felt off. I couldn’t even finish it.
We ordered 3 watermelon juice and mango diamond slush, and we were totally disappointed, the staff is rude and their service is the worst.

All the 3 Watermelon had 3 different tastes.
Out of busy nature of the place We requested to remake only one watermelon stating it does not taste good. Juice maker (She) added 2&1/2 Tspn and a lot of ice. Now it feels like i am just drinking sugar Syrup.
Worst service and i felt they were being racist. Denied all our requests. We ordered 3 watermelon and 1 mango - all watermelon tasted different- pathetic drinks and service
We only drank 2-3 sips n threw the rest

Customer service at this location is great. The ingredients are fresh, and Kami greeted us with smiles and was very quick with our drinks.

I was unsure what drink to get but Aidan recommended me the mango diamond slush and it tasted really good. He also made it really quick and provided great customer service. Will definitely come back here!

I had a disappointing experience with the staff. I ordered three watermelon juices with extra boba and paid for it, but when I asked to buy more boba, they refused and told me they don’t sell extra boba. The way they spoke to me was quite rude, which was really upsetting. They need to teach manners to staff.
