Real Fruit Bubble Tea

This lady who was working today ….. so so sweet and she made the best juice ever

The staff are all excellent, but particularly a older woman in the afternoons/evenings, has the best customer service I’ve seen. Been a long time customer and I see her everyday memorize everyone’s orders. When people are sitting down at tables after ordering, she’ll know exactly who it was and what they ordered to be able to call them personally back to pick up their drinks. It’s those little details that make it know she thinks about everyone when making their drinks. And she takes a lot of pride in her work. Really appreciate her dedication.

I recently went here and ordered a Taro milk tea. Then I ordered tapioca balls and it was an extra 0.50$ (Whatever) but he said he was out of Tapioca and refused to give me a refund. I ordered strawberry balls instead and it tasted very bad! Only go here if you are desperate otherwise, STAY AWAY.

Just an FYI for ANYONE who is thinking about getting a beverage from this particular location.....I just witness the Chinese lady use the bathroom, walked out of the stall without washing her hands ........ Gross!!!!!!! Sadly this type of poor hygiene dosent even faze people like her who are dealing with food ...I can't even imagine under black lighting what her prepare station looks like. I wish I could post a review without having to put 1 star

Review:I have no clue why this store is only 3.6 STARS!In my experience it is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently visited the South Common Real Fruit location and was thoroughly impressed by the service provided by a young boy roughly in high school wearing a real fruit shirt who was managing the store all by himself. Despite being the sole staff member on duty, he maintained a great level of efficiency with the following rude customers. What struck me most was his cheerful demeanor and polite interaction with every customer even though I could tell he was tired of it. It’s rare to see such dedication and professionalism, especially from a young employee. This visit not only made my day better but also left me with a great appreciation for the hard work and commitment of young workers.Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service and delicious drinks! Young man recommended an absolute go-to the Mango Diamonds Slushy convincing me in ordering Large which I believe was only a $2.50 difference and double the amount of a small! AWESOME

rude employees please train them better

The guy employee w curly hair is the real champ give this man a raise. They didn't have watermelon so I ordered a pineapple slush that exceeded my expectations. Quick interaction and no lines.

Laid back location, dull mall. The food mall ambience is like a grave yard. Only transit users come here to use the washrooms.This real fruit is small, less staffed and limited inventory, but charges the same price.
