Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Ordered milk tea small, first time at this location. The tea's good but only issue are the fruit flys and flys that are sitting on the items that are opened. Like the mango box, tapioca box so anything suger like has flys on them. They could die in the items. So that was a big no for me. And the cleanliness is a issue too. No gloves and cleanliness of the spoon/machines, used to mix things in too. I don't think I will go back to this location.

Ordered so many mango slushes at different places , this is the only store tastes sour, not sweet.

The staff are all excellent, but particularly a older woman in the afternoons/evenings, has the best customer service I’ve seen. Been a long time customer and I see her everyday memorize everyone’s orders. When people are sitting down at tables after ordering, she’ll know exactly who it was and what they ordered to be able to call them personally back to pick up their drinks. It’s those little details that make it know she thinks about everyone when making their drinks. And she takes a lot of pride in her work. Really appreciate her dedication.

I recently went here and ordered a Taro milk tea. Then I ordered tapioca balls and it was an extra 0.50$ (Whatever) but he said he was out of Tapioca and refused to give me a refund. I ordered strawberry balls instead and it tasted very bad! Only go here if you are desperate otherwise, STAY AWAY.

Just an FYI for ANYONE who is thinking about getting a beverage from this particular location.....I just witness the Chinese lady use the bathroom, walked out of the stall without washing her hands ........ Gross!!!!!!! Sadly this type of poor hygiene dosent even faze people like her who are dealing with food ...I can't even imagine under black lighting what her prepare station looks like. I wish I could post a review without having to put 1 star

You only get 5 stars cause of the one young man you have working here Sunday feb 4 2024He needs a helper. Owners of this establishment be respectful of you’re employee and hire a second person
