Since the new CEO's arrival, many positive things had been happening. It shows that the staff is more happy, the menu has improved in it's look and the food choice are more 'happy'. Prices and quality of food items are quite competitive. One thing that remains is the interior. It does need a bit of help as it looks little tired. Little more lighter colours would add little more life.

Great experience here at Red Lobster with our awesome server Lydia. She was such a sweetheart and was very attentive! Would recommend the white wine garlic mussels, the sauce is great! 10/10 experience in general.

I have a consistently good experience at Red Lobster. Even though it was an extremely busy day -- as it was Mother's Day -- the hosts and waitress were excellent. The food took a little time to arrive, but it's to expected with holidays. The food was immaculate, and everything was well-made.

It was Valentine's Day so obviously going to be busy but making a reservation and only being sat 45 minutes later is wild.

Booked a table in advance for Valentine's Day date, after an hour of waiting for the table in overcrowded hallway we had to leave without the table. It was my first time visiting Red Lobster, never again.

Valentine's Day was a mess at Red Lobster. A 7.45 reservation got us a seat at 8.45. Looks like they double or triple booked reservations. Service was slow due to how busy the kitchen was. Food was extremely average except for a few starters. This was our first time at RL and I'm not sure we'll be coming back.
