Booked a table in advance for Valentine's Day date, after an hour of waiting for the table in overcrowded hallway we had to leave without the table. It was my first time visiting Red Lobster, never again.

Valentine's Day was a mess at Red Lobster. A 7.45 reservation got us a seat at 8.45. Looks like they double or triple booked reservations. Service was slow due to how busy the kitchen was. Food was extremely average except for a few starters. This was our first time at RL and I'm not sure we'll be coming back.

We arrived on time and they were still seating older reservations. I am disabled and eventually they got me a chair. The waiter was great and surprisingly the wait for food wasn't bad. I am totally disappointed in their new food portions and prices and even the plates were smaller. I ordered two lobster tails and they were youngster's at best, the potato was not a large baking potato. I understand the situation with the economy but a considerable number of merchants are taking advantage of us. I'm a long time customer but won't be back.

Had a lovely Valentines dinner here. Food was delicious. It was very busy so there was quite the wait time and staff were rushed off their feet but otherwise it was an enjoyable experience. Our waiter also gave us extra buns (fresh) to take home which was a nice touch.

This is the Best location for great Customer service, good food and warm atmosphere. This is my location of choice because of these facts. Once again today was amazing. We celebrated a special birthday for my niece and our server Sara went above and beyond to ensure our time spend was truly unforgettable. Sara was efficient, professional, caring and amazing. Shout out to the manager as well that checked in to ensure we were enjoying our time with our family. Thank you ??
