This is my favourite hakka place. The chilli chicken dry and sambal shrimp is delicious and I make sure I get that every time. They make their fried rice with a different type of rice compared to other places and it just elevates the entire flavour. The owner and staff are super friendly and welcoming. Added bonus: they keep their washrooms super clean, which was really nice.

Great service and well kept restaurant. Food was meh. Had very high expectations given the 4.8 star rating at the time of visit and was very underwhelmed. Food came reasonably quickly and was hot but just lacked flavour. Wonton soup was good, could use some more onions and some Bok Choy in it. Calamari was disappointing. Seems like it was pre-purchase frozen and fried. Chilli chicken which was the recommended dish by the server just lacked flavour overall, like something was missing from it. Pad Thai decent although preference for pad Thai made with tamarind paste vs tomato based- should have asked before ordering. Overall probably wouldn't visit again, lots of other comparably priced Chinese options to try. Hopefully others have a better culinary journey here!

I've been wanting to try this place for quite sometime now and so happy I finally did. Ordered take-out; wonton soup, mixed fried rice, and sesame chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious! And omg to the portion sizes - I'll be eating this all week! Rice is nice and fluffy, and hearty with all the ingredients. One of the best wonton soups I've had; I'm thinking the chicken balls are homemade because they weren't like the typical processed meat ones that you get in most wonton soups. This will most definitely be the new go-to for Asian cuisine.

Now steamed rice needs to be ordered separately. I wasn't aware of the change (it is not spelled out on the menu) and ended up having to make my own rice.

We came in Friday night after searching the nearby high review Chinese restaurant, it’s empty inside, so we got seated immediately. The owner is very welcoming and the staff is attentive too. The food is more Hakka and Thai style instead of Chinese. Ordered:1. Chicken meat balls 5/52. Bangkok fish 4/53. Pad Thai 4/54. Shrimp chips 4/55. Thai eggplant 2/5Overall they are good at sweet and sour and deep fried dishes, so avoid Chinese dishes hereParking: free parking at the back
