Bad bad

I’ve eaten here a couple of times, it’s always been excellent. My favorite is the huevos rancheros. It’s muy delicioso. Best restaurant in Terminal 1 USA pre-clearance in my opinion. It’s worth the walk from the other gates.

Food was good. Server had no smiles and the menu and table were sticky

Good to pretend to be American for a few hours on a date. Great milkshakes

Lady in the takeout order was very rude, the Tony guy in the bar is incredibly rude, uses offensive language and yells at their colleges. A nice guy with longhair had to deal with all the trash talking of the Tony the bar guy, and the short guy who brought me the menu was kind of nice but still the food was cold. Definitely needs a review of staff. Worst service in many years/airports.

Such delicious food, compared to a USA airport, price is cheaper. As flavor and service, with unlimited coffee, it is a reasonable price. Check there menu, not only do they have boring chicken, beef hamburgers or a sandwich, they even have veal liver with onions. It is close to Gate F 32/ F55. It is a big wow. I am order beef flank and potatoes, sauce mayo with mustard. So yummy. Plus coffee and 13% tax and tips only 28 $ Canadian. It is good for me. Who ever said expensive should go China!

Decent food, but seemed short staffed and a bit disorganized for service.

I ate here because I was waiting for my flight, and I ordered the chocolate chip French toast. I was surprised to see that it wouldn't let me pay with cash, and I was also very astonished to see payment of tip before service was even offered. It was a bit ridiculous, and I really didn't want to give any tip. In any case, I did because the wage system in the US is superbly broken, and I waited for my food. It didn't take long, and there were four half-slices of bread with mini chocolate chips on them, alongside a plastic container of syrup. Boo on the plastic container! The French toast itself was very mediocre, and one piece wasn't cooked thoroughly. The bread was clearly cheap bread, and the chocolate chips didn't really taste like chocolate chips. It was mediocre as a whole, but what would one expect from a restaurant at the airport. For $16 (CAD) post-tax pre-tip, this was not a cheap meal but again, it's at the airport so what can I expect. The ordering tablet was interesting though, and after ordering, food just gets delivered to the table.

Great comfort food at a reasonable price for an airport restaurant. Pleasant staff and nice ambience.

It has a strange charm, the service and food are inoffensive. Among the better Pearson domestic offerings.

The singing lady that served me was pleasant.

Enjoyed a lovely glass of Pinot Noir before proceeding to the gate. Great way to begin a few days away.

Clean and food was edible... service was slow but I mean for an airport Food place fine I guess...

15 dollars for 'warm' microwaved chicken wings. How is that acceptable? At least the beer was fine, but that's hard to mess up.
