Mitchell was warm and welcoming to my first time visiting the restaurant and will definately return! But then it was ruined by this rude bartender young woman that ruined the end with unfriendly service. Way to go and blow it for everyone.

Went in for lunch with my daughter this afternoon.
First time trying Reds,, service was great prices not bad. Then an error on my lunch no sooner I told our server it was fixed! Haven’t had customer service like that in years. I believe her name was Cassidy she was amazing along with the manager.
Between the service and the food I’ll be back!

Came with a friend to hang out and grab a burger. Prices lean toward the higher side, but the burger itself was excellent. The spinach dip was tasty too, though a bit pricey for the portion size. The atmosphere is inviting, and the decorations are really nice, which makes it a comfortable spot to relax. Overall, a solid grill house just a little expensive for what’s offered.
