We had a decent experience overall — the food was good and our waiter was attentive and doing a great job making us feel comfortable. However, one part of the visit felt a bit off. While we were still finishing up, another staff member came over and asked if we wanted our food packed. While she did ask, it felt a little unnecessary and rushed, especially since the restaurant was nearly empty and our waiter was already taking care of everything. It gave the impression that we were being encouraged to leave, even though there was no reason to hurry. A small thing, but it affected the vibe. With a bit more coordination between staff, the experience could have felt more relaxed.

Great experience, as always. Tarik was our host, attentive and pleasant! We will definitely keep coming back.

I don't eat out a lot, but when I do, I don't play around, and neither does this place. The food? Always on point. They understood the assignment every single time. No flops, no disappointments, just solid meals worth leaving the house for. Special shoutout to our server Sindy, an absolute delight. Super friendly, attentive, and added that extra something to the whole experience. Can't wait to come back.

Host doesn't know how to look for reservations made. Asked the server for another drink and that never came. The appetizer tasted a little strange.

We hosted a birthday at Red's Square One and had the most phenomenal time. We were helped by the Manager Nikki, who really worked with us, made us comfortable, and genuinely cared about us having a great time. She was so kind, so considerate, and I loved working with her. I would definitely recommend this spot for any event. The atmosphere, decor, servers, and the food were great.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Reds, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The food, atmosphere, and especially the service were top-notch—this place really knows how to treat its guests. The menu at Reds is well-curated. I ordered the Steak Frites, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, flavourful, and beautifully plated. We also shared the Calamari to start, which was crisp, not greasy, and paired with a delicious aioli. The cocktails were also worth noting—balanced, creative, and clearly made with care. Our server Jess was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, checking in at just the right moments without hovering. The entire staff worked smoothly and professionally, and it made for a relaxed, enjoyable evening. A huge thank-you to the manager Kat, who went above and beyond to ensure our evening was special. She stopped by our table to check in, made us feel genuinely welcomed, and even followed up to make sure everything was to our liking. That personal touch really stood out and left a lasting impression—it’s rare to feel that level of care these days. Thank you to the whole Reds Team for an amazing evening.

Service was excellent! Food was delicious, we tend to like this place for casual nights out. Celebrating a birthday made is that much more special .

I think it was great that the hosts at the front accommodated our reservation despite being early. I think the food, especially to steak could've been better because I ordered the steak and fries which had a lot more fries than the meat within itself but other than that, the Negroni was my favorite. The service was as friendly as I could expect and forthcoming.

I ordered the Tuna Poke Bowl; it was super tasty. There was a little spice to it, which was nice. The vegetables were fresh in it and it looked very presentable. My only thing was that the waitress did not really come around to see if we needed anything because she was the only waitress in the area and there were a lot of tables she had to serve on the patio. I did walk up to her once because we wanted a dessert menu. I was sort annoyed of waiting. However, she did take a birthday picture with birthday cake when I asked her to.
