While ordering a Glen Livet Whiskey 12yrs I saw that the waiter put it in a plastic glass! I replied that this is not good and that I would never do this again, after which he went completely crazy about what I thought about what he did or did not do at work, and was sent away! What an unfriendly bartender and certainly not an advertisement for you as Rock Squeeze.

‘Order through our app’ as there was nobody manning the bar. Takes forever to get your food. When finally someone came to work the bar, they can’t see your order because of the app. Absolutely ridiculous system. Not coming back here.

I don't know who's stupid idea it was to put the menu on a 25 qr code stickers all over the bar but thankfully the young man who served me was able to take my order directly like a normal human. Great drinks professiona service.

Severely understaffed. We had one lady trying to make it work for a completely full bar. We had to wait ages, even though the lady was working super hard. People waiting for to-go drinks were irritated and people sitting at the bar were visibly loosing their patience as well.Just hire more people, it can’t be that hard. And with a full bar and the volume of sales there is no reason for it to be like that.
Let me tell you all something. The prices do NOT reflect the service. It’s an airport not an Applebees in Fargo North Dakota. I was so worried about our 4 hour layover but wow did we find ourselves as some lucky little ducks getting our sweet little prince of the blonde bartender. This was easily worth the hours of entertainment we received. I am now going to plan my layovers at this airport so I can specifically go to this bar and banter with this bartender.

A bar at the Toronto Airport. Even though it's called a bar, it's in an open space, so it has a sense of openness. I only ordered beer, and it was delicious. The atmosphere of the sophisticated shop was good.

This place is completely fine, I’m going to give these 1 star reviews a 1 star. The staff was attentive when sitting at the bar and the prices were as expected. Oh and the best part, the owner Marty let us smoke at the bar, which was a nice addition.Also, they carry Kraft condiments, which are my favourite.
