We visiting from AB and We decided to visit Rock'N Deli today to try their Montreal smoked meat Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.CLUB SANDWICH ? IS THE WORST EVERWe ordered four combos and received our food at different times. Additionally, the music being played in the restaurant did not cater to the diverse customer base.We attempted to provide constructive feedback to the staff regarding the disjointed food delivery and the music selection. However, our concerns were disregarded, and the staff members ignored us and walked away.Given our experience, we would not recommend this establishment to others. They seem unwilling to listen to customer feedback and improve their service.

I was excited about trying this place for the beef bacon. Food took over half hour for 3 meals. Cost over $70 and only got 2 drinks. 1 of the cups was leaking all the way home to Brampton so was left with half the cup. 1 of the burgers was missing the bacon completely. The poutine had ice cold cheese which made the rest of it cold. It took over 3 attempts to pay as the machine kept timing out. Not a good first time experience so probably won't return.
