Took way too long to check ppl inside for an event. Waiting outside in -10C bc either security was garbage or they over sold tickets and left ppl to wait outside. Waited outside for OVER AN HOUR! This is inhumane and absolutely ridiculous. Waste of my damn time and money. Disgraceful. If I could put 0/5 stars I would.

The club should update the hours on Google, I attended there and it was closed. Their hours on the website states open, please rectify and do not mislead
Our company decided to have their annual xmas party at this place. Such a disappointment! First off there was not enough food to feed all of us, some of my co workers had to leave early because they were hungry and that staff rudely telling them no more food, plus drinks was next to nothing we couldn't even get a proper can of pop. At one point staff went into the back to check for a ginger ale because one of my friends was feeling sick (again due to lack of food), staff comes back saids there is no can and tried the tap to discover that was also empty... Drinks were poorly made. Only thing I could say positive was the DJ he did a good job... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I’ve tried to book an event and the owner is not approachable. Could have been a good experience but what I’ve heard from other people it’s difficult to get a hold of management here. Maybe we start looking elsewhere. Any takers for OVO crew?
