Scamming people. Charging more money than any other stores in Canada. Taxing on food when we’re already not paying taxes on food for two months. Horrible experience. Try another royal paan even if stores are farther than here. Would not recommend to anybody. BS people!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place when I came all the way from the USA to Canada specifically to try their paan. The service, especially from the overnight staff, was absolutely terrible. The person serving us was incredibly rude and lacked basic customer service skills.
We were made to wait for 20 minutes without any explanation, and when I politely asked about our order, the staff member started arguing, claiming we had only been there for 10 minutes. I even asked him to check the receipt timestamp to confirm the delay, but he blatantly refused to acknowledge it and continued being dismissive and unprofessional.
It was disheartening to be treated this way, especially after traveling such a long distance for the experience. The lack of respect and accountability from the staff completely ruined what could have been an enjoyable visit. If you value good service and polite staff, I would strongly advise against visiting this place, especially at night.

Can’t believe the worst ever experience at this location, rude behavior of the person at the counter, I ordered 10 pans and 8 Kashmiri tea, he brought 4 cups out of 8 cups as I ordered, after 10 minutes, then he took 10 minutes again and just brought 1 cup, I waited again for 10 minutes but still had to wait, then I lost my control and inquired about what the joke is it? In 20 minutes I didn’t get my complete order! And rather to apologize he started aggressive, and said take your money back! What! I paid him $80 cash and my family and guest visiting from USA were waiting since half an hour and he was so much un professional, aggressive and abusive behavior, finally when i shouted loud and inquired what is going on then he brought rest of my order and said machine is out of order, I asked the. Why you took my order, and again rather apologizing he said go go out the review he doesn’t care!!! Do not recommend if you want to go at this location with your family, they are illiterate and aggressive.. I will never ever go at this location

We were charged HST even though we were supposed to have 2 months HST-free. When we brought this up, they explained that their system wasn’t updated and suggested we pay in cash to avoid the HST.
I would strongly recommend that anyone visiting here carefully check their receipts or ensure they ask for one.

Really a must visit place !! I enjoy all the dishes the best is noodle and paneer burgers with royal kulfi falooda !! Service is perfect and always a refreshing abimence with perfect music. Great menu which is a blend of north and south indian food. The visit to this place doesn't complete without having their special " Fire Paan". Best one is they are open 24/7 .
