Even at 11.30 at night very welcoming staff. Dahi puchka tasted great , made like home ,also dahi was perfect & fresh we had faloda , always great same taste . Everything was prepared with full heart . It's really appreciated to maintain the quality since last 10 years .it was in 2015 when I first visited . Must try

I have just ordered Pani Puri and Momos now from Royal Paan, and it was a complete waste of money. The Pani Puri was terrible—the sauce had a foul smell as if it was stale, and the pani tasted awful. On top of that, the packaging was done so carelessly that the pani spilled all over the other items, ruining the entire meal.
This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The quality, taste, and packaging were all unacceptable. I truly regret ordering from here and will not be ordering again.

I never give a low rating. Store operators were adamant on closing the store an hour before its closing time - just so they can go home. Never coming here again. Drove so far to have some falooda. Store was filthy dirty as well.

Food and beverage is excellent, restaurant seating area is small and about equivalent to a McDonald's in terms of atmosphere. Bathroom is unfortunately filthy, worse than any McDonald's and as bad as most small gas stations.

I contacted this branch around 12:40 AM to check their availability. The person I spoke with mentioned that although the usual closing time is 1:00 AM, they typically stay open until 1:10–1:15 AM. I told him that I would arrive in about 15 minutes and asked if that would work. He responded, “You can come, I’m here. However, the door is locked—you can knock and give me a call once you’re here.”
I reached the location within the mentioned time, knocked on the door, and called seven times, but received no response. I could clearly see someone inside and waited for another 10 minutes, yet no one acknowledged me or responded.
This was a completely unprofessional and disregarding act. Despite confirming my visit, sharing my ETA, and arriving on time, I was ignored at the door around 1:00 AM. For context, I was in Oakville when I made the call, and the restaurant is located in Mississauga.
Such behavior reflects poorly on customer service and is unacceptable, especially when a commitment was made over the phone just minutes before.

We walked in because of the tempting pictures of pistachio and rose shakes posted outside 😁. It's a small place with two people working, I can imagine it can get very busy during lunchtime, so just keep that in mind. We enjoyed the Bombay Burger, dosa, pistachio shake, and rose lassi.

Quite disappointed actually. Just wanted to have some Chai but came out with a bad taste and overall experience. The Chai was not only served cold from the machine but it was tasted bad. When it was brought up to the attendant he tried his best to reheat them in a microwave but the results were not good. We would have hoped for a better experience though it seems trivial over a cup of tea but that was least expected. I will have second thoughts getting back there..
