Drink make mistake, staff not well trained. Take too long for the order
Please train staff before sending on floor to work. Order took almost 30mins just only for 2 drinks and still make mistake on both. Staff is totally new .
Don’t want to waste time to much for the next visit . Please advise
Visited for the Royaltea meal and was not disappointed by the size of it. Service was a bit slow and some things had to be clarified because there were only two people working at the time and one was in training, but overall fine. The food itself was alright, pretty average for fries, chicken, and bubble tea, but the way it’s presented made it worth it for me. The only thing I disliked was their ketchup, which was extremely sweet. It was on the side, so I just threw it out. Overall, I had a good experience and I would like to come back.

February 02, 2025 at 4pm.
Ordered a Signature Milk Tea with 25% sugar, and a Grape Green Tea Slush with 100% sugar.
Got a Signature Milk Tea with 125% sugar, and a Grape Green Tea Slush with no sugar.
The grapes were not fresh at all and tasted like they were rotten.
I should not have tipped 15%. Never again.

Worst Bubble Tea Ever – Don’t Waste Your Money!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. No taste, no flavor—just overpriced, watery disappointment. The tapioca pearls were either too hard or mushy, like they’d been sitting around all day.
To make things worse, the service was beyond terrible. The guy at the counter didn’t understand a word we said and got our order completely wrong. Absolute rubbish. Avoid at all costs!

Came here Sat around 5pm, not busy at all and got the original milk tea and coffee milk tea with large add-on of popcorn chicken and fries. The popcorn and fries were good and we would come back again to try the other chicken menu items. The price of the teas are great compared to other bubble tea chains but I asked for less ice and got at least half cup of ice. I also didn't realize the teas came with tapioca pearls without extra cost - wouldn't have minded though if they were fresh and soft, but they were hard to chew 😐. Tough tapioca pearls just ruins any bubble tea.

Menu is not completely halal. I think only their supplier for chicken is halal, but the other ingredients are not like the rice and fish cakes for the tteokbokki. So we did not order that. Just make sure to ask and check the packaging/certificate because it is not posted in the store or in the window.
The guy who took my order seems bored and passive to my questions, which is a bit off. Chicken and green tea slush were okay. The brown sugar tapioca seems a bit overcooked

We ordered the Brûlée Bobo and the Matcha Milk Tea, both were totally awesome! The service was very good as well, we had tons of questions and the person helping us was so patient and kind in answering our questions.
I usually get 30% sweetness and was worried the drinks would be too sweet (since you cannot adjust the sweetness for the drinks we got), but they were perfect! Will definitely come again.

The young lady is very enthusiastic, attentive and discerning. The tea is very fragrant, the pearls feel bouncy, not glutinous, and the pudding is very good.

I’ve visited this spot a couple of times, and I’ve always managed to find seating. It’s a small place with just a few chairs and tables, and unfortunately, there’s no washroom, which is the only downside.
This time, I tried the Mango Chunk Slush with brown sugar tapioca, and it was refreshing and delicious! Shoutout to Mia, our cashier and server, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She recommended adding mousse to the slush, and wow, what a game-changer! The drink was cold and slushy at the top, while the warmth from the brown sugar tapioca settled at the bottom—such a unique experience.
Parking right in front is very limited, with space for only 1-2 cars. However, we found a large parking lot at the school next door, so I recommend looking for it and taking advantage of the extra space. It’s just a short walk of a minute to Royaltea.
Mia also went above and beyond by helping us pack our leftovers as we were leaving, even though we didn’t ask. Her attentiveness and genuine care for the customers really stood out. When we had fried chicken, she kindly let us use the hand-washing station (it can get messy!) and even handed us paper towels to ensure we were cleaned up.
As for the fried chicken, my favorite is the Supreme Red—it’s a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and sour. Mia has great suggestions too, offering advice based on your preferences. If you’re with a large group, I’d recommend planning for takeout, as prep time is about 15-20 minutes. You can also call ahead to make sure your order is fresh and hot.

5 stars for the Customer Service!!!!! We arrived at 9:58, but the store will close at 10pm. We were worried about could they still can make bubble tea? Because of other bubble tea store might close early than their close schedule. The reception lady always very patient, friendly and enthusiastic!!!! No matter how busy they are, they patiently answer my questions and provide great recommendations. Every visit feels special thanks to their dedication. Thank you for all your hard work!
