The price has gone up and serving has been cut in half. I ordered oxtail plate (oxtail with rice + vegetables) and large oxtail just meat but the oxtail even added together doesn’t even look like a large serving.

Poor excuse for Caribbean food. Ordered Jerk chicken meal. Couldn't believe how bad it was nothing authentic about this food. Complete waste of money. I would of rather eat my shoe with some hot sauce.
The women serving looked and acted like she hated everything about her job. Crap attitude and zero custom service. Don't bother check this place, save your hard earned money and get Subway.
One employee named Alysha gave me water, I was about to say to her that I needed water but she saw my bottle and got it right away. I was in need of water and I think those who help are kind and good people! Best of luck to Alysha always keep giving water to cyclists like me and always keep up that pretty smile!

horrible customer service. you can’t be working in the food industry and having someone at the front taking orders and preparing food if their service is utterly horrible. i’m a firm believer of good customer service creating lifelong customers, but i’m never coming back to this location again because of the girl who worked out front and took orders. food is good, service is trash.
What a surprise find. Came in through a different entrance and stumbled on Roywoods. We are lucky in GTA to haveany excellent Caribbean cuisine options. I've tried many and this is one of the best I've ever had. I chose the curried goat plate with coleslaw. Incredible balanced flavours with just enough heat to compliment the ginger and spices.
Great music at just the right volume and friendly staff. The large plate was big enough to share!

I got the large jerk chicken with rice and beans, jerk gravy and coleslaw. The coleslaw was meh. But the chicken and rice are amazing. Large serving good for 2 people (or 2 meals!) The chicken is well cooked and seasoned. I'm not super familiar with what jerk chicken should taste like, but I enjoy this anyway and will come back to try their other items. Despite the hidden location, the good side is there aren't much people in the area. Cashier was nice. Area was clean.
