Order for pick at 1130amOrder was canceled 20min after opening.Reason for canceling order is because there wings are not ready when open. Wings take 2hrs to cook.My coleslaw and my sandwich was also canceled because I was informed that the wings are going to take two hours so they can't sell me anything.Not sure if coleslaw take 2hrs to make aswell?I will not be returning to this location.Not only is it false advertising that the food is not ready as indicated on their menu. As well as the staff/ service is not very polite or respectful.

Way better than you think it’ll be. I’m no expert on Caribbean food or how it stacks up to other spots in Toronto but this is solid food, great portions (even the small is packed tight), hot and fresh.Curry Goat was awesome and jerk chicken was so juicy and well seasoned. The rice isn’t just filler like some places. Side of plantins was a smart move.Give it a shot, we debated a lot of places in this huge mall and this was such a great surprise. Can’t wait to go back.Chicken is Halal too but don’t quote me on that.

This place made an incredible fresh patty filled with jerk chicken. It was very tasty and filling at a reasonable price.However, I went with my family and the music they were playing loudly was very inappropriate and explicit. I agree the current dancehall vibes are ??? but for a public place they should be using a lot more discretion. A selection of lover's rock, roots or even Bob Marley vibes would have been more appropriate than the explicit dancehall they were playing. If both my daughter and son could understand the explicit lyrics, they definitely were playing the wrong music!Absolutely NOT KID FRIENDLY!!!No management on site maybe?Kid-friendliness: ABSOLUTELY NOT KID FRIENDLY!!!

I ordered the small Oxtail Plate on rice and peas with a small side of coleslaw ($14). It was the perfect size. The oxtail was soft and very flavourful and the gravy made everything tasty. The crunchiness and freshness of the coleslaw was a nice side to balance the savoury oxtail.I stopped by for lunch after a bit of shopping. It’s tucked away by the City Hall / Entrance 4 near Holt Renfrew.
