They took our dosa order (and money) then came back and said it would take an hour. They also only partially refunded our money, which foolishly we pre-paid.

Catering food quality was very bad, we went to an event where they did the catering, most of my friends and my family got food poisoning. The quality of food was terrible and oily.

Parotta with Beef curry really great. The dining table is very close to each other.
Limited seating options.

I would say that the customer service was kind of bad but i hope they might have exhausted after long hours..
I had some snacks.. it is just average.
Comparatively, I suggest paxhampori and checked/meet roll.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Ruchi World Restaurant. The food quality was not good – it lacked freshness and flavor. The service was slow and not attentive, and it felt like the staff didn’t care about the customers. The place also wasn’t very clean, which made the experience even worse. For the price, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant to others
I came here with my roommate, and since she’s not South Indian, I was a little nervous about how she’d find the food. But honestly, we both had a fantastic experience.
We tried quite a few things—my absolute favorite was the fish cutlet, followed by the chicken roll. For the mains, we went with their deal that includes two vegetarian curries and two meat curries. I got the beef fry and fish curry—both were excellent and I highly recommend them. The pineapple curry, on the other hand, was way too sweet for me, so I wouldn’t order that again.
My roommate tried the bitter melon curry, the chicken curry (which she said was really, really good), and another chicken roast-style dish that she thought was excellent. She also loved the experience of eating on banana leaves, which made the meal feel even more authentic.
The rice was perfectly cooked—soft but not too heavy—and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. We had plenty of food, with enough leftovers to take home, and the total bill for appetizers, mains, and drinks came in under $50, which I thought was really reasonable.
Overall, it was a fantastic meal. Being South Indian, I might be a little biased, but seeing my roommate enjoy it just as much as I did made me even happier. She rated the experience 8/10, while I’d give it a solid 9/10. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Restaurantji Recommends
We ordered 4 parottas , chicken roast and boost kulki..Total cost was around $32. It was unfortunately a disappointing experience . We visit this place very often, but could see the complete compromise on food taste and quality this time. Porattos were burnt , stiff - we had to ask them to change 2. Roast was bit salty and boost kulki was good but too sweet. Since we pay at first, they really don’t care of anything else, it seems - TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Maynot visit again!!

If any possibility, I try not to give bad reviews but your restaurant needs to improve a lot. First thing you lack is a physical menu card or QR card to scan at the table. People have to get up and take photo of the menu from the screen and it changes too.
Food, I ordered a beef kizhi. The food came in a vaadiya leaf, not enough curry and it was almost dry. At least the top porottas. It didn't feel fresh, felt like frozen porotta thawed. Wife ordered mukki poricha kozhi and porotta. This was 11 pm on friday. We both were very busy running to ..... for the next whole day.
Atmosphere: Please install an industrial exhaust system. The room is filled with cooking smell. You cannot go anywhere after eating from here.
I know probably it will hurt your feelings but nothing is said out of imagination. The Biriyani were good.
