Food was bland, rice were very basic , they can be anything but not fried rice in my opinion. Beef brocolli and mushroom had boiled beef in my opinion and shrimp sweet and sour was okay too, soup manchow was okay too, it was my daughter's birthday and we were so so so disappointed

The was used to be our go to place for good Hakka Chinese. But looks like it has been taken over by cheap management.

There were loud Indian music that you usually hear on busses and weddings. We were really disappointed & embarrassed in front of our guests.

We will never invite our guests at this place and rather take them to Ginsoy.

I had a wonderful experience over here.

Today I went with my family. We were only in whole restaurant. Initially little bit scary. Then we ordered our food like chilli chicken, Manchurian chicken soup etc. We were surprised that no rice come with any dish so we ordered chicken fried rice which is like pulao. Two month ago it was ok and proper Hakka restaurant. Today I feel like I m eating some Punjabi chicken gravy. I asked waitress even that owner changed why everything is so different. This restaurant is totally different from other Hakka restaurant. It's not my first time here..

I would never go again as today we went to celebrate my son birthday..

Food is always great here with generous portions! The Chinese biryani with Kung Pao chicken is amazing! Everytime we go there's a waitress named Rabina who goes above and beyond to make sure it's a great experience for us.
I'd highly recommend this place!

Hubby and I are staying at a nearby hotel and came here for dinner. We had never heard of Hakka and researched it. It sounded intriguing so we decided to give it a try. This place did not disappoint! The food is top tier! It is full of flavor and hearty, and the portions are huge. We will definitely return to Salt & Pepper on our next trip to the area.

I cannot stop eating Shewan noodles one of the best thing I ever had in GTA Very spicy exactly how I wanted very well-made. The guy over there is very very nice. They really help with anything you need and if you order through online, you can get 10% off thank you so much guys for giving us very good service.
