I went today and bought 1 bbq duck and 1 soya chicken. The woman who chop my duck took parts of my duck. 1 box is full and the other 1 she took parts of the legs. I call in and complain and they denied of doing it. Just want to let everyone know to checks your order before leaving the place. I will never go there again. Very bad service

If you enjoy paying $300 to get exactly what you told them you didn't want, this is the place for you. I ordered one large 5-6lb lobster and specifically warned them: no small substitutes. They took my cash, ignored my request, and gave me two small lobsters anyway. When I tried to call and give them a chance to fix it, they literally hung up on me. I guess once they have your cash, you're no longer their problem. Unprofessional, dishonest, and zero accountability. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its customers.

Absolutely pathetic service and a total scam. I spent nearly $300 here on February 15th at 5:30 PM and specifically demanded one 5-6lb lobster—NOT two small ones. I was crystal clear about what I was paying for, yet they pulled a 'bait and switch' and shoved two small lobsters in the bag anyway, thinking I wouldn't notice.

To make matters worse, when I called to resolve the issue, the staff hung up on me. This is unacceptable customer service for a premium-priced meal. Had I known I was getting smaller lobsters, I wouldn't have ordered them HK Style. Proceed with caution if you’re looking for honest service and high-end seafood.

Food not tasty. Chicken corn soup did not have corn or chicken. It was tasteless as it seems they added water to previous soup to make the amount ordered. The BBQ pork was tough, dry and had no taste. It seems as if they changed their chef/cook as the food was good before. So as this is not the first time that I have ordered or dined at the restaurant that the food was not up to standard. Time to change to another restaurant

Magic BBQ is the only dim sum place in Mississauga that we go to. We hope they can expand their dim sum menu with new and creative items—similar to what you find in places like Markham or Scarborough—to offer more variety. Besides, their fry beef flat noodles and Singapore curry fried vermecelli, with “wok qi”, kitchen dishes are very good compared to many other Chinese restaurants in Mississauga.

The fun guo wrapper was too thick. It was edible, but definitely low-quality dim sum. This might be acceptable for other servers, but not for the manager. The manager, a skinny, tall male, was extremely rude when I asked him a question. I won’t go again and definitely will not recommend this place to my friends.

We’ve ordered from here for many celebrations in the past, but today was extremely disappointing. We ordered a small roasted pig for $246, and what we received was absolutely unacceptable for the price. The portion was shockingly small and nowhere near what we expected or have received before.

To make matters worse, when we raised our concerns with the restaurant, there was no accountability or ownership taken for the amount of food provided. For such a high price point, the quality, quantity, and customer service all fell far below expectations.

Very overpriced and overall a frustrating experience.

The food is good but service is lousy. You have to ask for everything like sauces (soy & chili), spoon and pork, water, extra water, napkins and tea refills. The space is also cramped with so little space to walk around like going the washroom.

Good chinese restaurant conveniently located at the intersection of Mavis and Eglinton. Food quality is good, and just a little pricier than other chinese restaurants in the area. Well staffed with many servers, so service is quick. Staff are friendly. Many foreigners come to eat here too. They also have BBQ takeout.
Located in the same plaza as No Frills and McDonald's.
