BRUTAL. I used to always use this catering company, but they have fallen under new management. I placed my order on line and paid via pay pal 2 weeks before the event. The delivery time came and went. I called them...had to leave a message. No call back. I called back 30 minutes later. I was told I was mistaken that they have no orders for today. I told them I have my invoices and paid almost $1000 for breakfast and lunch. I was passed onto the new owner. "Oh, did you pay on line?". Apparently I needed to call and confirm??...even though I receive invoices via email. See, if you pay online your order is sent to another system....that they "didn't check"....for 2 weeks?!? "Oh, you should have called to confirm. Call the credit card company to get your money back." So, no lunch then? "No, it's Friday, we don't have the items to prepare." I ordered sandwiches, cookies and salads. I was incredibly shocked by the attitude and dismissiveness of the new owner. Stay away. There are far too many other options out there.
