Originally, I was so looking forward to having the floppy delicious Black Fungus in my Tonkotsu ramen and was disappointed that they were out but OMG!!! The marinated shiitake mushrooms blew me away so much that I ordered a side order to add to my ramen. So sweet and so tasty. He man no’s were perfectly cooked and THAT BROTH and tender floppy sliced roasted pork!!! Yum! The garlic oil and scallions add a tonne of flavour dimension too.
