Good noodles
Cute restaurant tucked away in square one. The first time we came here on a Friday night it was very busy and we had to wait for a table but recently there were several tables available on a Saturday night when we went. Although the menu is smaller than some other ramen restaurants, the individual items are curated and well done. Each ramen is around 17-20$. The Black garlic tonkatsu is nice, great presentation and made my bf like mushrooms for the first time; definitely our favorite on the menu. The spicy tantan ramen was nice too, flavorful broth, but there wasn’t a ton of ground pork. Servers were friendly too.
I recently visited this ramen house and was pleasantly surprised by the rich, flavorful ramen—absolutely delicious. The Tonkotsu Black is a standout, with deep umami and just the right amount of kick of garlic. I also recommend trying the croquette, which was crispy and satisfying.
While the serving size is a bit smaller compared to other ramen spots, the taste more than makes up for it. The restaurant itself is cozy, albeit on the smaller side, but it wasn't busy during my visit (weekday around 5 PM), making for a relaxed dining experience.
Overall, a great spot for high-quality ramen in a quiet setting.
Good food! Nice and friendly staff! Clean!
The food was great, average bowl is 17-20 and the broth is just divine
Everything has eggs and meat. The vegetarian miso soup, tasted milky, yikes, does not taste like miso at all. I don't think ramen soup should have milk. With many people cutting back on eating meat , this restaurant will not cater to dietary option with no meat or eggs.
This is a must-visit for ramen lovers. The warm, inviting atmosphere and attentive service made for a fantastic dining experience.
I ordered the Tonkotsu Black, and it was so good—rich, flavorful broth, perfectly chewy noodles, and well-balanced toppings. I love the scent of the broth with black garlic.
With exceptional food and service, Sansotei is a spot I’ll definitely return to. Highly recommend!
Love the spicy tantan from sansotei
Always like the Tonkatsu Black Ramen!
The food smelled so bad , l couldn't eat it.
It was like a dead cow...
Another disappointment was that you can only get things as per menu . Can't change the type of meat or type of noodles .
Service was good, poor those kids working there do try their best

This is my favourite ramen place to go to in the GTA !! The staff is super friendly, the cooks are really nice (shoutout nick + hailey), and food tastes the same everytime so you know you’re going to get a flavourful bowl :]
The atmosphere is great too, with mood lights and good volume of music.
A+++ !!!!
Arrived at 7pm for dinner and 5 items were sold out. The food didn't come out same time for whole table. 1 bowl would come out at a time. The exterior of the bowl was all oily to touch.
Second time at this place at Square One.
Interior catches your sight instantly, food is very fresh, very tender (gyoza), ramen is very savoury and tasty.
Quick and tasty!
It’s such a shame that after finishing our meal and the payment transaction had gone through. We were satiated, happy and reaching for our jackets, we were rudely interrupted, “NO AMEX, I will have to issue a refund now!!”. How embarrassing and annoying to have this happen. Why not put a sign that says no Amex?
This was once my fav lowkey ramen spot ruined by such petty greed. Amex fees are just a couple of dollars extra, should I have used the visa privilege card? Those fees are even higher.
I don’t understand why such a reputable ramen spot would be so inclined to go after such an insignificant cost- to the great detriment of customer experience. The cost to reward ratio to enforce this is not worth it. I’m a business owner too, and have never rejected Amex transactions due to the fees.
Well, complaint filed and reported to American Express Bank of Canada. Hopefully this won’t happen again to anyone else again. Embarrassing!
