Came here with my family and my sister. I wouldn’t recommend if you have dietary restrictions because the options are limited to pork. I understand Ramen is typically served in pork broth with pork etc. I didn’t think sansotei would have just pork options with one vegetation option. My sister doesn’t eat pork, so that limited her to just the vegetarian mazeman which wasn’t that great - according to her 2/5 was what she rated it. I’m also trying to cut back on meat options so I had no choice but to get the tomato ramen and gave my daughter the meat in a separate bowl because we couldn’t order the simple ramen or the gyudon for her since they they were out of rice. My boyfriend had the black garlic tonkotsu which he rated 3/5, he’s ordered black garlic tonkotsu before at Kamen Ramen but this dish was over powering with the garlic. He also noticed the pork meat was very thinly sliced - almost similar to sliced ham you get at a deli shop. We also ordered Gyoza but they came back saying they were also out of that. Almost half the menu wasn’t available because they were out of rice and gyoza. Also sold out of the salad which I think is permanently removed from the menu but has a sticker on top of every menu stating sold out. Overall, the experience was disappointing and the food was okay. I’ve had better ramen from restaurants that have a variety of options to accommodate your dietary restrictions. If you’re a regular at kamen ramen, you might get disappointed coming here.

Place looks good and the service is fast, but the food is basically just instant noodles with deli pork for 20$. I’m happy there’s a sitdown ramen option at the mall, I just wish the food was a little closer to a traditional ramen place.

On rainy day, we love to ear Ranen and Sansotei Ranen, creamy and spicy ramen with thick yellow noodles, pork and eggs, so yummy

This Sansotei Ramen Restaurant is located in Square One Mall in Mississauga. It’s popular for its rich tonkotsu broth, the ramen has flavorful pork-based soup with options for thick or thin noodles that diners find satisfying. We had Tonkotsu Black and Tonkotsu +. The Tonkotsu Black was or favourite. The Ramen is good but the options are limited in comparison with other Ramen Restaurants in the GTA.
If you are shopping in Square One this is a better meal than the food court. The atmosphere is relaxed, suitable for casual dining, Overall, Sansotei is a decent ramen meal with some room for improvement in terms of the variety of its menu.
Parking: On weekends it’s difficult to find parking close to the restaurant entrance. I had to park across the street in a different parking lot

We’ve been on this place so many times, because their ramen is the closest to the authentic Japanese ramen taste. I used to live in Japan so I would know ?.
Our favorite are the tonkotsu black and miso black, our children also love their ramen.
I am also impressed with the service and the atmosphere of this restaurant, it is definitely one of the best ramen place that I will keep going back to.

Decent ramen but not as good as other Sansotei in GTA. Eggs were overcooked, Zangi was out of stock as early as 12pm on a Saturday (they just opened!) Waiter served a bowl of hot noodles right on top of my daughter's head. A big no no.

Quick service on a Saturday supper time. Noodle soup is delicious. Fried chicken is okay, I liked more at Ikkousha.

They have a limited selection of noodles and I think they taste sort of similar but they’re still very delicious and filling. Perfect for a rainy day!

Sansotei franchises are unfortunately not very good compared to their original location. The quality control is just not there. Very mediocre ramen.

Although the menu is small, the ramen is very flavourful and hearty! Most items are pork but good quality! They do mushrooms really well here, they have the best sweetness I've ever tasted.
The spot is pretty small and tucked away but that adds another charm to it. Can't go wrong with this spot
They also have Sapporo and 2 types of sake
