I went to the restaurant around 8:15, given they close by 9, their service was pretty quick but it was almost as if I had to compromise on the taste. The ramen could have been a little hotter and it was not as good as it used to be. The service was definitely good but could’ve done better on the food.Vegetarian options: They did have one vegetarian option but no chicken options.

Everything was good, but not great! The ramen was tasty but not the most authentic or rich broth in the city.

I use to eat here a lot before discovering other spots. The food is alright (it’s definitely on the fatty ramen side tho) and every time I eat here the bill is always high even though I didn’t even order much. The ramen also kind of all tastes the same, but the gyoza and gyudon is at least good. So I’d say those are worth it.Service is a hit or miss, sometimes the servers are really nice and sometimes they’re just not in the mood i guess.

Excellent food, wonderful service. Would be much more enjoyable for some people with health issues when prepared with less salt.

Portion was disappointing for the price. It was a little bigger than an instant cup of ramen noodles. Taste was okay; I wouldn’t say it is the best ramen in Mississauga. Cheesecake slice was on the smaller end but it was good. Perhaps, portion and taste would be better if ordered and consumed at the restaurant. When we get a chance to, we will give it another try and revise the review.

Dietary restrictions: The Tonkotsu black is where it is at. My wife got that and it was very tasty. I had the spicy Tantan and it was good but wish it was spicier. The servers were great and attentive. The location is really small and was very cold. This location had pork and vegetarian options but no chicken. The website doesn’t clearly mark which location has what options from the menu page. I realize now that the individual promo picture had location details.

While the food at Sansotei is undeniably delicious, I have to express my disappointment with the water quality. On multiple occasions, I've noticed that the water served tastes unpleasant, almost like it hasn't been properly filtered or the glasses weren't adequately cleaned. This aspect really detracts from the overall dining experience. However, if you can overlook the water issue, the ramen, and the gyoza, here is truly outstanding, with flavors that keep me coming back for more. I hope the management takes steps to address this concern because it would greatly enhance the dining experience for all patrons.

FAILED TO TAKE ALLERGY PRECAUTIONS!! After confirming several times about an egg allergy and requesting ramen without any egg in it, they proceeded to serve me ramen with thin noodles that had egg in them. I only noticed after I had given my baby some, who is allergic, because my husbands ramen had the thick noodles (that was eggless), as we both requested. This is so incredibly dangerous. If my husband had not also been with me I would have not known they gave me the wrong type and my baby would have eaten more. This is life threatening and so negligent and careless on their part. We also received a meek "sorry" and a bunch of blank worried stares and an attempt to remake the ramen without acknowledging the severity of the error. Why would I continue eating? This isn't a dietary preference. It is an ALLERGY.
Explicitly told the server 5 times that baby had an egg allergy, and server confirmed that thin noodles have eggs and thick noodles don't.Guess what? They served thin noodles.

Came here with family to try out the ramens, and got some appetizers. The presentation of the food was great, it looks really good. The food quality which is the taste, sorry to say it so-so. The price to value ratio for us is not worth it because of the taste and that is the most important part of food. Service was good.

A good place for a quick meal. The normal TONKOTSU Ramen was very good, however we also ordered a TONKOTSU BLACK, in which the garlic oil was very burnt and was not very pleasant. Either way, I recommend the place.
