I got the strawberry ice cream and it tasted very artificial, nothing like strawberry. The ice cream was filled with ice chunks big and small and had a weird consistency, almost fluffy, not similar to any milk ice cream I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even tell you if that ice cream had a drop of milk or real strawberry based on the consistency and flavour. I’d say the quality of the ice cream is quite poor. The atmosphere. I mean I’m not picky, but this ice cream shop is something of a doctors office, the shop is missing any sort of character. Service this time was good.

A hip ice cream shop with plenty of flavors in Port Credit's downtown on Lakeshore St. The ice cream was alright, but nothing special that would make me come back again. The service, while not terrible, was definitely lacking. Sure, the ladies working there were polite & efficient but were more focused on taking orders and collecting payment over anything else. In a place like that, I'd expect staff to make more effort to answer questions and make recommendations regarding flavors, and maybe add that little bit of charm in how they engage with customers. It's these kinds of small touches that take your service from "alright" to "excellent" & it matters in an independent place like this. This isn't Dairy Queen or a gas station.

Amazing homemade ice cream and waffle cones. Tons of flavors to satisfy your ?? cravings. The staff is very helpful and patient. They let you taste the ice cream. A big plus, something we missed during CV19 and a lot of stores are still not letting you taste before buying.

Went here for dessert after a meal nearby as always see a line out the door during summer. The place didn’t disappoint as they had so many great flavours and the cost of things are very reasonable. Both workers were very pleasant even though we came about half hour before closing and apologized for being those customers. Highly recommend this place for ice cream, will be back!

Huge variety of flavours and options, friendly service that lets you try a few before committing to your flavour selection. Everything I tasted was delicious, making it a tough choice. Thankfully there is some bench seating inside, and a little outside if you can brave the heat. Overall, an excellent first visit, I wish I lived in the neighbourhood to visit it more often.
