We got the Family Bucket; in terms of flavor , it was good. However, for over 200 bucks (with tax), to get two SMALL lobster tails, is an absolute ripoff. Since it's a family meal, there should have been 4 tails since they are small. In addition, the crab legs are also quite thin, the portion size was okay, but it could have been better. Last but not least, the fried shrimp, calamari and fries that comes with this order for the FAMILY meal, is soooooo small, it is literally only enough for one person, max two people. I think we got like 6 fried shrimps? The service was mediocre, nothing amazing and they forgot a side order as well. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning but it was okay.

Really great food, and decent enough serving size for the price. Atmosphere is a bit lacking as it feels a bit like a take out joint, despite the otherwise high quality food. Would come back.

Waited for 35 minutes and had to go and cancel order. People coming way after me received their order. Very disappointed. 4-670 Eglinton ave W Mississauga. The lady that took order forgot what we ordered. Bad service
I recently dined at traveled one hour
, and while the food itself was enjoyable, there were several aspects that left me underwhelmed. The flavors were good, but the portion sizes didn’t quite match the price, making it feel like the value wasn’t there.
The dining environment wasn’t the best either. Our table was too close to the doors, making it uncomfortably cold. The service was just okay—staff didn’t take the time to explain the menu or offer recommendations, and we weren’t even asked about drinks. It would have been nice if they provided complimentary bread, especially since many of their dishes are quite saucy.
Overall, while the food was tasty, the experience could be improved with better service, a more comfortable setting, and portions that better justify the price.

I've been on the hunt for a phenomenal seafood boil since L.A boil went out of bussiness. The seau-de-crabes sauce is as close to it as I've tried very garlicky and buttery. however, the restaurant was extremely cold and the food got cold so fast and the butter in the sauce hardend very unpleasant to eat after. I was also taken back by the cost for the amount of food averaging $100 for a package ie. lobster, muscles, and shrimp with 2 sides (with side crab) and that's only really for one hungry person. we had to order a second one then to add crab it's $25 the sides are just too costly for the amount. Lobster was obviously frozen and got cold and unappealing. they should turn the A/C down. I'd go here just for the sauce nostalgia. that's being sad I'm sure there are other dishes and the less costly side but we were really there the two of us for the seafood boil.
Return Review: I was disappointed with the quality of the seafood during our visit. The lobster, crayfish, shrimp, and fried calamari had clearly been frozen for too long, resulting in a rubbery texture, while the mussels were not properly defrosted. Additionally, it was a busy day, and our server never checked in to see if we needed anything, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I’m just relieved we didn’t get sick, as parts of the crayfish and lobster seemed questionable.

We had a great seafood boil experience at Seau De Crabe! Everything was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The flavour of the Cajun sauce was delicious. We both got spicy and it did not disappoint! My only complaint was that there wasn’t enough sauce at the bottom for dipping. The crab legs also didn’t have much meat in them. Aside from that, seating is very limited so make sure to call in advance to reserve a spot. Overall it is a great place to go if you’re a seafood lover, and the customer service was very good.

Charging $17 for 5 pieces of overcooked shrimp and a handful of lettuce with NO SALAD DRESSING is insane!!

We came in and were sat down immediately, since I had called ahead and put ourselves on the waitlist. We ordered right away. An hour later, our food still hadn’t come. I noticed that people who came in well after us, already got their food. So I complained. They said they made a mistake with my order, and it should be out in 10 minutes. Half an hour later, my food was still not there. No one came to apologize or explain to me what was happening.
Also, the tables are right in front of the front doors. So the whole hour and a half we spent waiting, it was Freezing!! As people were constantly going in and out the front door.
So, after waiting hour and a half in the freezing cold with my family, we had enough and just walked out. Will never come here again.

Over all the service was really good as a staff was really friendly - We got the lobster bucket that included a full lobster. However, the lobster was quite tiny, compared to other ones that I’ve had.
Only got a few bites of meat (in the tail) which was not worth the price of 44 dollars.
We also got the original sauce. I wouldn’t recommend getting it spicy as it wasn’t really spicy. It just felt like the oil or butter hit the back of your throat.
Seau de Crabe’s signature seafood bucket, while visually appealing, raises significant health concerns due to its serving method. The practice of mixing and serving hot seafood in plastic bags can lead to the leaching of harmful chemicals into the food. When plastic is exposed to heat, substances used in its manufacturing can migrate into the food, posing potential health risks.
Given these concerns, the combination of potential health risks and the premium pricing of the seafood bucket at Seau de Crabe makes it a less appealing dining option. Diners should be aware of these factors when considering their meal choices.
There on sat for the first time got there around 730 told have to wait hour and half was called at 9 said table was ready went in stood for another 15 minutes while we watched them clean the tables, ordered 4 different orders got one wrong and forgot a whole order had ro wait 15 minutes for a drink and then had to get up 20 min later and ask for my friends coke which he forgot and kicker waiter tried to get mad at me for forgetting my order which he didn't write down the place is very small I don't even think it sits 50 ppl ur walking and. Food was ok value was great for what you are getting. This place was extremely busy on valentines day and although I was instructed to call 2 hours before I came the phone line seemed to be disconnected so we had to come in person and manually put ourselves on the waitlist. We waited around 1 hour for a table which is expected but once we sat down it was not as pleasant. There was a line of people throughout the restaurant with the door always opening we were freezing. Staff also seemed visibly stressed because of the rush and the service was lack luster at points but understandable because of how busy they were. Many customers looked like they were waiting a long time for take out as well and they had to stop seating nearly 2 hours before the closed due to small seating accommodations. I feel like online ordering could have been prompted more as some customers waited nearly 15 min before being told they can't be seated while others waited over 30 min for food making the restaurant extremely crowded. Overall seems like this place is better on less busy days but they definitely need to work on accommodating for busier occasions.

Called a week in advance to book a reservation for 2 on valentines day, spoke with a gentleman who said not to worry about the reservation to just walk in. Just call ahead to let them know when we were on our way. I told him I wanted to guarantee a spot because its Valentines Day and he assured me to just call and it would be fine. As soon as they opened I called to double check if that was still the case and they took the phone off the hook. Called about 10 times throughout the day and the phone was still disconnected. Went anyway as me and my girlfriend wanted to try it out, once we got there they said they were not talking any diners only takeout. We live an hour away takeout was not an option.. I asked how long the wait would be and they declined to seat anyone else. (It was over 2 hours before closing) When I asked the staff why they would make the promise they did on the phone, the girl laughed, said they knew today was gonna be busy and said they were well aware they were not going to be taking any phone calls today… Is it just me or is that no way to run a business lying to your customers? Speaking with the many people waiting in line 90% experienced the same issues with the rude staff lying to them as well. Sad, food looked and smelled great but the professionalism and mannerism of staff does not make me want to support this business.
