I visited Second Cup today around 9:30pm and I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte, but unfortunately it tasted like just a cup of milk with no flavor at all. This is actually the third time I’ve received a drink like this, and I’m quite disappointed. I really look forward to visiting Second Cup and enjoying the drinks I pay for, but instead I’ve ended up paying full price for what feels like a cup of milk on multiple occasions. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could get back to me regarding this matter.

Staff is great however AC is not working and its extremely hot inside. Not a comfortable place to sit and enjoy.
I have been sitting here for the last 2 hrs drenching in my sweat since the AC is not working and the thermostat is set for 29!! I have asked the staff for iced water multiple times. Customers are coming and leaving immediately due to the temperature. Someone needs to do something asap!! Very disappointing. Ps - i dont have a choice but to stay here for another 40 mins until my car is ready! The staff has been super nice and accommodating but the temperature here feels like sauna!

Visit this location if you want to feel like you are in Siberia. They keep the temperature to 18 c and won’t change it. You freeze and leave within 5 minutes or you risk getting hypothermia.
