Second Cup Café on Central Parkway is a fantastic spot for coffee and a quick snack. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the experience welcoming from the moment you walk in. They have a wide variety of coffee drinks to suit any taste, along with fresh pastries that pair perfectly with your beverage. The café is clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax or get some work done. Overall, it’s consistent, convenient, and enjoyable—definitely one of my go-to coffee stops in Mississauga. Highly recommended!

We were served stale cake today (February 1, 2026). We had a chat with the manager and they claimed it was stocked on the same day but it was rock hard and clearly a few days old, please check your food before consuming.

Their biggest table has 4 electrical outlets. None of them is working. Apparently its been like that for a while and they havent fixed it yet. That table is basically useless without those outlets working.

Our family frequently visits this Second Cup, and today we are very sad to know that he was given a parking ticket even though he was only gone for a few minutes for Friday prayers. He later found out the owner called the parking agency on him, even though other cars parked beside him had no issues.
As a hijabi, this makes me very uncomfortable because it truly feels like certain customers are being singled out. I have visited this plaza many times and never experienced anything like this myself, but what happened to him today is extremely concerning.
We will not be returning, and I encourage our Muslim community to be aware of this behaviour and reconsider supporting this Second Cup location. No one should feel targeted or treated differently based on how they look or what they are wearing.
