Dirty tables and floors, No AC, bathrooms are filthy dirty. They have 2 washrooms but only 1 is open for use and it's not clean. Coffee is really bad.

Amazing customer service! The barista is very friendly and always welcomes you with a smile. The coffee is made hot and fresh. Great and cozy enviroment to do work or study ?

came in today to get a warm drink and i got to meet the sweetest barista. i didn’t catch her name, but throughout our shift interaction, she quickly made my drink and was really kind. will definitely be back!

I was looking forward to trying out this location however, I was disappointed with their customer service. I wasn’t greeted by anyone upon entering the store nor was I asked whether I was ready to make an order. The female barista was unfriendly and didn’t seem approachable at all. Though the coffee shop had a nice ambience, the customer service was poor. The male barista rushed to make my drink and made zero eye contact as I was trying to get his attention to ask a question about my drink. I had ordered a pumpkin spiced latte and was disappointed as the taste was very strong at the top and all the sweet syrup flavour was left at the bottom of the cup.

The service was mediocre. Staff was not too friendly. I asked to redeem a drink using the points since I just signed up but the barista told me I do not have enough points? Weird. The drink was super disgusting (pumpkin spice latte) and taste nothing compared to what I am used to. It was extremely sweet and the pumpkin spice was overpowering. What a waste of almost $7

Best coffee around. Second Cup offers great coffee and latte. Staff is nice and friendly.

A couple of the staff that work here lack courteous customer service skills. The male cashier made my drink incorrectly (I’ve previously ordered the same drink at this location, plenty of times, with no issues) because he failed to understand what I meant by “Italian soda, strawberry and vanilla flavour.” I made zero mention of “vanilla bean.” When I kindly pointed it out, the he rudely took my drink away, and proceeded to talk badly about me/my order in his native language with his co-worker while remaking my drink.

It’s downright rude to be bad-talking customers in front of them, let alone in another language. It’s a shame that I am considering on avoiding this location now, in search of another place that will treat customers will basic respect and decency. Do better with hiring competent workers or offering better training with your employees, Second Cup.

Slow service.. what’s the point of ordering ahead on the app if you serve everyone who comes in first instead and don’t even realize there’s a mobile order waiting.

Very Very Very slow service!!! You got one person trying to make all the drinks and the other person looks brand new. He looks like he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Common second cup hire more workers, stop being cheap.

There is only one worker who is trying to manage everything on his own. I’ve been to this location about 3 times now in the last 2 weeks and it’s quite evident that the owners are heavily neglecting the business. 2 out of the 3 times I went during the morning there was only 1 employee and huge lineups. They have two washrooms and one of the employees lost one of the keys and only one was available and it was dirty plus no toilet paper. I think the owners don’t want to hire more staff and aren’t willing to do the work themselves. It’s very unfortunate and isn’t fair to put so much responsibility on just one employee.

Coffee is drinkable, staff is nice, but the service is way too slow because there is only 1 person, wouldn't recommend stopping by if your on your way to work, it would help if they Hire more people

Amazing customer service! I took two drinks to them that my dad had ordered a day before that didn’t taste right. I asked them if it’s possible to re-make it, and they did it right away. Really grateful for the quick service and tasty lattes!
