staff is very friendly and professional, i loved the music in the place, the vibes were really amazing and coffee was great. Not to mention the place was also very clean and organized…highly recommended

The drinks were actually great! But I saw a worker washing a knife and then immediately using it to cut a cake — that was really gross. Plus, the bathroom was terrible and had a horrible smell. Lastly, the cookies were overpriced and didn’t even look delicious.

She followed all my instructions carefully, and the drinks turned out exactly how I wanted, perfectly made and so delicious!

Drinks are pretty good, service is good, unfortunately the seating area is often a bit messy (crumbs and small spillage on tables which means you can’t put your laptop there) and the Wifi doesn’t work.

I recently visited the Second Cup Coffee in Mississauga and had an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding, especially the detailed explanations provided by the guy at the counter. The coffee and dessert were delicious, truly a treat for the taste buds.

One of the highlights of my visit was the live music. It turns out that a musician comes every Saturday to play for free, adding a wonderful ambiance to the place. The beauty of the coffee shop, along with its cleanliness and tasteful decorations, made my visit even more enjoyable.

Highly recommend this place for a great coffee experience!

Store was open but noone came to attend at counter , no worker was there for around 10 min even there was anothet customer before .

Yesterday, Saturday, Jun 21, 2025. My mom and I felt pretty upset with the lack of respect. My mom asked the men to wipe the table. He was not in the mood. He was mad at us. He came and wiped the table. I said. Thank you for nicely cleaning the table. He wasn't happy. I don't know the worker's name. I wish to know.
