A cute little coffee shop in the middle of the hustle and bustle in Mississauga downtown. Liked the ambience but the coffee, not so much. I think it was a little burnt. However the baristas were amazing with their customer service and professionalism.

i love this cafe so much but the server working on 26th february 2024 around 5pm-8pm was incredibly rude and weird. he had the weirdest energy ever, asking not jsut me but multiple customers if they were SURE about what they were ordering OVER AND OVER. he asked me if i was sure that i wanted my coffee with extra cream twice before whipping out of a calculator and trying to calculate my order as if that would change my mind. he then laughed at me and made me feel super confused and anxious. i dont need somebody asking me over and over if im SURE about my coffee order as if im dumb or stupid. hes a weird guy with some weird energy. pls rethink about his employment. he made me feel scared to go to the cashier line, and as somebody with social anxiety, he made it worse.

It was a pleasure to visit this place. Bored with the monotony of Tims, thought of visiting this place for some urgent piece of official work on laptop.Ansh went out of the way to understand my situation and recommended me items and coffee. It was not busy time and that surely helped. I voiced my request to work for some time on laptop. Well, there were already a lot of people in the large section that’s hidden behind counter. Ansh guided me to chair and inquired if I need wifi. Even delivered the sandwich and coffee on table knowing well that I was working!Ashley helped with the food items and was jovial all the while.Thanks guys, 1st visit was great!??

This morning I walked in around 728am, assuming they opened at 730 I waited patiently for the worker to prepare her items, however after 6 minutes she didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there, I walked out and will never return!

The atmosphere just isn't the same after they modernized it. They removed everything that made this a community establishment and it's just another boring chain now. The staff is fine, but most of them just don't care or even know the menu items - at least the drinks are still good.

I really want to support this place since it's on my way to work, but they are never fully open and ready by the time I walk by at 7:45 AM. This listing says opens at 7AM. How come the door is locked, the lights are half off, the staff are not ready at all? 45 minutes after 'opening time'....I've also noticed (when it is actually open and I can buy something) that the tall man who works there has very poor customer service skills.
There’s no indication on where to line up, and the barista was extremely rude and had a condescending tone. The card machine wasn’t working, and I get it, it’s not their fault.I asked the barista whether the carrot cake has raisins in it, since I looked at it through the display and there was something in it that looked like raisins - and I wanted to confirm since I am allergic to them. When I asked him, he looked at me and said in a very sarcastic tone “Carrot cakes don’t have raisins in them” and he started listing the ingredients in them, that’s when his coworker interrupted and said that they do contain raisins. He didn’t apologize for the mishap, and told her “maybe you should be taking orders since you can answer all their questions”.I was so put off by his tone and ordered hot chocolates for my friend and I, and he turned to her and said “yay, more hot chocolates for you to make” in a very sarcastic tone. I work in customer service as well, and we hold off our rude and sarcastic comments for later, not when the customer is standing right in front of us.Used to love coming to study at this location but I will never come back.

The bathrooms were horribly kept. Very dirty with red stains on places that were not near the toilet seat. There is very little upkeep of the locations cleanliness. The garbage bins were filled to the brim, it was difficult to throw anything away. It was very disappointing to see this time around. I hope this changes soon....
