Second Cup Café

First of all this location is closer to me and I used to frequent this location alot but it opens at 8am.

Second, the last 2 weeks I've tried to purchase coffee beans here and each time was told that they are sold out of retail beans and getting a shipment Tuesday etc.

Today when I was told that they are sold out of coffee beans for retail sale again, I told the girl at the counter that they were sold out last week. She quickly replied oh my shipment was short. Did not feel genuinely true.

I feel like this location isn't that busy to be sold out. Feel like they just don't want to sell their coffee beans retail.

Tomorrow is their shipment day. Will they be sold out again by noon? I guess I just have to go to the Heartland location again.

The worst experience ever, the servants on shift were not helpful at all not willing to turn on the stupid machine for one of their ice specialties. They were super ignorant about customer's needs.

had a great experience at this Second Cup! Bella was incredibly accommodating and helpful — she made sure everything was just right and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful service. We will definitely come back.

The ladies working there are hands down the sweetest employees any establishment could have. They will accommodate you no matter the situation. Hell you can order a mars cow milk with 2 shots of north pole gold sugar dust and you'll have it done. Unless the cow is elusive and they can't catch it of course
