Second Cup is my go-to spot whenever I'm bored of Tim Hortons. I really enjoy their coffee drinks, especially with oat or almond milk – they have a rich, smooth flavor. When I’m hungry, their falafel wrap is my only veg pick, and it pairs perfectly with a cappuccino for a satisfying snack or light lunch.
The shop is usually busy, so it might not be ideal if you're looking to work quietly alone. However, it's a great place for small group discussions with two or three people.
It’s definitely pricier than Tim Hortons, but worth it for a change in vibe and better plant-based milk options.

They need to work on the cleanliness of the facility. I sat here for 5 hours today and I never saw any of them cleaning any tables, when I got here the table was filled with crumbs. Also the bathroom is disgusting, it smells bad and the trash is overflowing. For a place that charges 6$ for a small drink and 9$ for a slice of cake, you’d expect better service. I love the place but I don’t think it’s up to standards.

U have to wait at meats 25 min in line when there are only 2-3 people in front of you the service is too slow . They will take like an hour making a single order .

Good coffee. Quiet place where we went and the ambience is nice. The wall painted decor was beautiful. So much like a French cafe. The coffee was nice, could be hotter. Overall good experience.
