This shop is co-located with a pizza joint, RaPizza. You will find in in a strip mall near the Popeyes. There is an adequate amount of parking available, being that the shop is in a strip mall. My first impression of the place was that it was dirty, the floors, the counters, and the tables. They serve cakes, waffles, scooped ice cream and shakes. The photos of their exotic shakes really got my and my little's attention. I wanted a waffle, but all I was served was disappointment, as they did not have any. My littles really wanted the unicorn shake, but they did not have the stuff for that either. There was a bit of a language barrier with the staff, but they were friendly. They were very forgetful though. They forgot not only my straws, but the people in front of me as well. And that was after they asked if the straws were in the bag. I ordered the Just A Lycee Bit shake. Maybe it was because I got my shake to-go, it look nothing like the picture. It was also kind of small. A few sips and it was gone. Maybe if I ate it there, it would have been different. My little got a scoop of ice cream and he devoured it. It went quick. This spot was ok. I had wished I had picked another spot to get me and the littles an after dinner treat. The shake and ice cream were pretty good, but overpriced for what I got. May be a nice place to visit if you are in the area, but definitely not a destination treat spot.

We ordered rose and mango falooda.The falooda had zero flavor of rose and mango and moreover it was watery and ice cream was not good.The ambience was poor and not clean.i I saw the ROACHES running on my table.The girl employee on shift has no respect for customers. No proper indication after food is ready. Just left on counter and went inside though no customers in store other than us. Just sitting in chair, legs on counter talking on phone with loud speaker on . Such a UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. Will never visit again and ? NOT RECOMMEND anyone.

The shakes are really good and come in a super cute bottle. My only issue was that their coffee shakes don't say that it's from mocha ice cream, and therefore includes chocolate. My wife is allergic to chocolate and we thought a coffee shake would have been safe, but didn't realize it had chocolate until after we got it/tried it. No fault of the recipe per se, just wish the menu was more clear.Also was a little hard trying to find the place because the main sign says Rapizza and the shake therapy sign is smaller above it, so we drove around 4 times before we realized!

The shake I had was amazing. While I had Mango passion first day, I had to come back again and had Pomberry, and it was great too. The staff were so nice and courteous. I will come back again when I am in this area. Wish we had you in BC

I recently tried their milkshakes and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The range of flavors available was impressive, but I settled for the hazelnut milkshake. It was rich, creamy, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The consistency was perfect – thick but not overly so. What impressed me the most was the generous whipped cream topping and the sprinkles – a lovely touch. These milkshakes truly hit the sweet spot! ??
