The food at Shanghai 360 was quite good for the price! Given today’s rising prices, I feel like $15 for such a big, satisfying meal is a great deal. Definitely worth it, and I’d highly recommend it!

Me and my husband and I went there to try as the price is affordable. However, they didn't put much food, and we found a hair on the noodles. We stopped eating, felt disgusted, and threw the food that I didn't even finish. I didn't get a chance to take a photo as my stomach turned upside down. My husband saw the cook at the back, cutting the tofu using his hands as he could have used the chopping board. Never coming back here again🤢🤮

Worst customer service. I never saw this kind of employees any store . I waited in line for 6-7 minutes they never asked what I need . Then I told to a lady I need just plastic cup and she said it’s for $1. I said ok I will pay for it . Still she didn’t gave me . Also one lady she ordered food from their store. She asked for extra plate. And she also didn’t gave plate to her. Some customers also waiting in line . But no one gave attention to customers . Now I asked from CINNABON and they me plastic cup free of cost

They sold me a side of rice for $8.50 including tax, small container and they didn't even fill it up all the way... Also, the rice is all covered with soy sauce and is old, I just wanted plain white rice. I'm not sure how this location is still in business, I should have listened to the reviews.
