Man- this food was just not it. I was really craving some Chinese food and was excited. Should’ve known from the fact that none of their trays were labeled with what each item was. Their chicken balls were not chicken- only way I knew this was after I bit into the ball and found out it was shrimp. It was not very good. She also put this white sauce on it- which should’ve indicated it wasn’t what I thought. I also thought I got general tao chicken- I was heavily mistaken. It was not good. The taste is still lingering. It was sticky and the flavour just off put the entirety of the meal. The noodles were the one thing I expected to go right on- and I was also mistaken. The noodles were not fresh and you could taste that they were overcooked and had soaked in too much water. 20$ later and a few bits went down the trash- never thought I’d ever have to toss something out like that- especially cause the container was SO FULL. Like she packed it in there. Just beware- lol got stomach issues shortly after eating

Tried Shanghai 360 in Erin Mills mall on a saturday afternoon for lunch. The food was very fresh and good. I liked the veggie rice, veggies, chillie chicken. Even though there was queue , the staff was very quick in serving. Overall decent place for quick Chinese style lunch.

Unfortunately I got food poisoning from here. I hadn’t eaten just yet when I grabbed food from here, and I was feeling completely normal up until. A few hours later, I had horrible stomach cramping. Then I got food poisoning and I’m now dealing with a high fever. I believe it was the rice, because my partner got the same thing as me except rice. The rice was lukewarm and very old. For those that don’t know, improperly stored and cooked rice can absolutely lead to food poisoning. It’s almost been 24 hours since eating here and I continue to feel worse. The rice is likely how I contracted this.

The food is disgusting... has an aftertaste to it. Chicken teriyaki is made with really cheap chicken there's grit all in it I completely wasted my money for a lunch that I could barely eat. I haven't been eating for 10 minutes now and I get still taste it. Gross. Choose another restaurant in the food court.

It's really disappointed this chinese restaurant, the fride rice doesn't taste anything. The chicken is the same thing. Don't waste your time and money. Look for another restaurant. This one is inside the Erinmills Town Centre at the food court.
