I just took 2 prince shawarma fries wrap my order number was 099 i eat it and after couple of hours i got diarrhea with bad stomach ache i cant even sleep and that is the last thing i have eat i dont why they are using old fries from the warmer

Stop overthinking your order and let Omar decide. I got Omar’s special, and the customers right after me did too, for good reason. Perfectly balanced sauces, pomegranate inside the wrap, and unreal flavor in every bite. I let him choose everything and it was the best decision I’ve made. Easily one of the best shawarmas in the GTA. Huge thanks to Omar and the amazing staff.

My family and friends were loyal patrons of Shawarma Royale across various locations for many years. However, after seeing the direction and choices of their social media post, we will no longer be patronizing any of their branches.
Their recent social media posts violate the Criminal Code Section 319 of the Criminal Code.
The brand's Management team, PR and the branch staff, including the social media actors, need to publicly address the blatant, horrific, hateful, and discriminatory messages disseminated by your franchise staff on their social media platforms and in news outlets.
The seriousness of this matter requires immediate and responsible action.
There are currently 56 active conflicts worldwide. It does not mean that individuals who are of ancestries or ethnicities from those regions have the right to bring their hate, discrimination and violence into Canada.

The $4.99 Queen chicken wrap for national shawarma day was false advertising and was less than half the size the wrap usually is. Very little chicken and a few fries with a little bit of sauce. I expected a long wait and wouldn't have minded if it was actually a good deal as advertised. Instead I left feeling like I just waited half an hour to be scammed. Usually a good shawarma here but I won't be back again.
I ordered three Queen Shawarma wraps today for Shawarma Day, each at $4:99 plus tax . I waited too long to receive my order, and when I finally did, I was very disappointed. The wraps were almost empty, barely any chicken inside. It honestly felt like they just divided the filling of one regular shawarma into three wraps to make more money. Please don’t participate in Shawarma Day next year if this is the quality you plan to offer. It’s not fair for customers to wait this long and pay for what is basically just bread and sauce.

I asked for no pickles and the guy said yes there are no pickles, but I checked and there were pickle. I also saw one of the guys tell another guy that one of them is supposed to not have pickles, and that guy brushed it off and said its whatever. Never coming back.

My advice for this location is to not take part in National Shawarma day next year because if in your deal you cant even add lettuce or any sauce which is usually a 'free' topping then really whats the point? $5 for just a plain old wrap with just garlic and pickles. Horrendous service on top of it.
