So I ordered a chicken shawarma dinner here based on reviews I said the place can’t be that bad but was I wrong service was good and atmosphere is clean and new but the food fell off when I pick up my order I drove not even five minutes and my food was cold and flavourless another 35 dollars wasted and the way they cut the chicken I was not a fan of and the look of it you can tell poor quality meat and it was super dry even with the sauces on it I won’t be eating here again as I look at most of the reviews it looks like if you go here the wrap is the safest bet but next time I am just going to stop and pay for a kiss happy meal from McDonald’s to hold me up before I reach home lol would have saved a lot of money am starting to not trust all these google reviews as consistently been disappointed with a lot of food chains which charge so much but can’t deliver quality

My family and I come here at least twice or thrice a week, either the Erin mills or Britannia Location, though I do have to say this is the superior one. The food is always so much better than other shawarma shops, Everything here is absolutely spectacular, whether it be the salads, kebabs, wraps, fries, and so much more. Their service is definitely the cherry on top. Salkini, Alomar, and Yousef were absolutely amazing, we came earlier today and they were so kind. Thank you so much for all your work Shawarma Royale Team!Vegetarian options: So many vegetarian options, falafel is definitely the best one though!Dietary restrictions: There’s so much here, whether you can eat meat or not, and it’s all halal!Parking: A lot of spots, typically gets a bit busier around 1-2 pm, but there’s mostly always spots.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp right by the entrance which allows you to roll up easily.

We are here for our Lunch or Dinner at least 2-3 times in a week at Erinmills & Britannia Location. Food is always much better than other Shwarma shops. Everything is amazing Salads, Kebabs, Wraps, Fries, etc. but best of all is their service for all the folks. Salkini, Alomar, Yousef, all are amazing and always ready to serve the Hygenic & Tasty food.Thank you Team Shwarma Royale.
