Shawarma Royale

Good food — we ordered the chicken platter which easily served our family of six. The food was good and came with cut-up chicken wraps, fries, sauces, and coleslaw.

A major issue, however, was service. When I came in, I wasn't even acknowledged, even though there were no other customers. It took a while to even get the attention of the enployees and when I let the person know about my order, they simply put it on the counter in front of me without saying a word. It's disappointing that even a basic level of professionalism wasn't provided.

Shawarma Royale is amazing! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The shawarma meat is juicy, well-seasoned, and served in generous portions. The sauces are delicious and really bring everything together. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Clean place and great atmosphere. Highly recommended if you want real, tasty shawarma.

Put ice cold drink right on top of my wrap so the food arrived cold and soggy and the drinks arrived warm. Nice.

This is literally the best shawarma I've had in this year, the ambiance was so good and also their customer service was so pleasing, I've enjoyed it there and I suggest to dine in there instead of taking away

Got the chicken tandoori bun for pick up through uber eats. Not in a bun, no onion, no tomato’s. Had grease on the bag when I went to pick it Up, on the receipt paper and on the can of ginger ale inside. The food was BATHED in grease. Inedible had to throw it out. 0/5 do not recommend.

I been coming here for a prince wrap combo for months and for some reason it's not available today, the guys couldn't explain why even though the combo is available on Uber eats as well buisiness is a joke and meat was undercooked I didn't even want to bother, will not be coming here again.
