Took their largest Saj wrap but it was a total disappointment. Wrap was mostly filled with sauces and fires and you can see in the pictures the bread was so thick and clustered till the end which even made me throw it away because it got hard to chew. The oil was very heavy on taste and smell. There was little to no chicken inside. Mostly bread and sauces.

Shawerma Plus – Ridgeway is truly one of our favorite spots.
I was here today with my kids, and we always love this place. The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and full of flavor, with generous portions and excellent quality every time.
The customer service is outstanding — friendly, respectful, and very welcoming, which always makes us feel comfortable.
The restaurant is very clean and well organized, and that really enhances the overall dining experience.

I love Shawarma Plus and its the only Shawarma place I go to. I never go to ridgeway plaza without stopping at shawarma plus. Its truely the best Shawarma in the country... maybe even the world.
But yesterday you guys disappointed me beyond words. I took all my friends to come try Shawarma plus for the first time and I was told that there was no shawarma left... and it was only 8:30pm the plaza was bursting with potential customers.
How could a shawarma restaurant in the ridgeway plaza during the holiday season be out of shawarma so early?
I'm only disappointed because this is Shawarma Plus and because I know you guys always have the best service and the best food. I really hope Shawarma Plus continues to be known for its amazing qualities and not for running out of shawarma...

My only issue is that it seems like the way the spices are different for the chicken or they have changed something recently in their recipe. The chicken used to taste more tender and fresh than now. Other than that atmosphere is good restaurant is clean and service is good.

My experience was very wonderful. I was looking for a restaurant with an authentic Middle Eastern flavor, good cleanliness, and professional service. Shawarma Plus was very delicious. The cashier, Ali, was extremely kind and friendly, and the chef, Abdulrahman, was very respectful and clean. The restaurant itself was also very clean.
