The food is nothing but damn satisfying. I love chicken saj, with an English A with no tomatoes and pickles. The sauces they put on it are soooooo tasty and delicious. So worth it! :)

I’ve been to Shawarma Plus many times and usually enjoy the generous portions and great taste. On my most recent visit, I decided to try the shawarma platter since it seemed like a better value. Unfortunately, the portion was very disappointing, there was barely any filling or chicken, which came across as deliberate cost-cutting compared to the quality I’ve experienced before. To make matters worse, Harshad, the person at the counter, spoke in an unnecessarily aggressive tone and was the only employee there, actively cutting back on portions. This was a very different experience from what I’ve come to expect, and I truly hope this location improves, because the Ridgeway branch consistently provides far better service and fuller portions.

Worst Experience Ever!
Shawarma Plus gave a fake offer that turned out to be a complete lie. When I went in, the staff were rude, unwelcoming, and clearly not interested in treating customers with respect. The whole experience felt dishonest and frustrating. If you value good service and honest business, I would NOT recommend this place at all.

All of the staff at Shewarmaplus Erin Mills did a fantastic job, preparing a catered meal for my family event, which was all vegetarian and filled with delicious felafel and pita platters. They catered the meals to our taste and the proportions here were so great that they insured we had enough food for the whole event! Thank you Najib, Saurabh, and Harshad for doing such a fantastic job!

I called in to pre-order. I came to pick it up and it wasn't even started. The young guy at the front with fohawk hair is responsible and does not care at all. Wasting customers time and gas money to come and pick up. Where is the manager ? I will call to speak to the manager

Coming after couple months, they definitely improved the quality of food and service now. Management is amazing definitely recommend it!
