Literally takes them like 30 minutes to package an order
The tea is still as good as I remember, however, management is severely poor and understaffed. The opening times and even days vary without warning, and ever since COVID, it’s never been the same. I love their milk tea, but goodness do they need to get their staffing situation under control. It’s falling apart, and as a regular customer, it’s sad to watch.
Stood around outside for several minutes past opening as the staff ignored me. After knocking on the window they finally came to tell me there's no tapioca or apparently any toppings. At opening.
I don't mind if you're in a pickle or if there are staff shortages but just tell people you see them or something. Literally can't stop having bad experiences at a bubble tea place I really want to like.
Don’t go to the store i am very disappointed , when i arrive to the store their were no one at the cashier desk and after waiting for 10 mint , i get my uber order and the store give me negative rating, which made my account banned. Please don’t go to that store

I had a really disappointing experience at this store. I went there with a friend, and when we arrived, the place was completely empty—no staff in sight. We even called out loudly, “Excuse me, is anyone here?” but no one responded. We waited for about 10 minutes before someone finally looked at us and said they were eating and would come help us—but no one ever did, so we left.
Later, one of my friends went back with me again to get a drink , and the same thing happened. No staff around, and again we had to wait. Eventually, someone came and told us to use a self-order machine. The issue was, the machine only showed Chinese text—there was no clear English option. We told them we didn’t understand Chinese, and they said they would help, but again, no one came.
This wasn’t just one bad visit—it’s happened more than once. The service is careless and unprofessional. We’re in Canada, and it's really frustrating that the machines don’t clearly support English or that staff don’t take the time to assist customers who don’t read Chinese.
Honestly, this place is a waste of time and money. I don't recommend it at all.

the strawberry mochi latte is amazing!! all the flavours and textures work really well together. i got it with less sugar and it was the perfect amount of sweetness.
The Mango Pomelo Sago is amazing!
The drinks are so inconsistent, I ordered the mango green tea and it tasted wrong. Had to throw out my drink.

1 star Until Shuyi stops charging .15 cents for a required thermal bag PER drink.
I order two drinks, still charge me for 2 bags and only give me one bag.
I order in store, they still charge for thermal bag.. They dont even give me the bag this time...

Terrible terrible customer service. The lady who asked for my order was so rude. She rushes and shows she is irritated when getting orders. Also, tea is hit or miss. What is the point of asking how I want my ice and sugar if she will not do how I want it. Please do your self a favor a go to a different location.
I hope the management will see this and consider retraining their front line staff in proper customer service otherwise they will keep losing customer.
