1 star Until Shuyi stops charging .15 cents for a required thermal bag PER drink.

I order two drinks, still charge me for 2 bags and only give me one bag.

I order in store, they still charge for thermal bag.. They dont even give me the bag this time...

Terrible terrible customer service. The lady who asked for my order was so rude. She rushes and shows she is irritated when getting orders. Also, tea is hit or miss. What is the point of asking how I want my ice and sugar if she will not do how I want it. Please do your self a favor a go to a different location.

I hope the management will see this and consider retraining their front line staff in proper customer service otherwise they will keep losing customer.

Personal preference: Strong tea flavor and less milk flavor, innovative, fresh and not sweet

Xiangcun found out that you can order from his restaurant for dinner! Refreshing and anti-spicy!

Grape taro ball jelly - Friends who like refreshing food will probably like this, suitable for when you eat spicy food! I ordered 70 sugar and thought it was a bit too sweet.

Camellia oatmeal latte - half sugar and added taro balls and bobo as recommended by the waitress, good! I really like this, it’s a very refreshing milk tea! And the cup is so pretty too! !

A bucket of fruit tea - I didn’t expect it to actually be a bucket!

Yogurt Orange - The combination of oranges and yogurt is so hellish. The milky taste is so strong that it makes me sick... Friends who don’t like milky taste, please be careful...

A little suggestion: The bobo can be made smaller or smoother. After drinking the milk tea, I opened it and found that the bobo was too big to be sucked through the straw...it was all left over.

Kid-friendliness: Plastic menus are available for anybody to read without needing to look up at the menu.

Lots of different flavor options, and they're mostly completely customizable in terms of sugar and ice levels.
However, most of the flavors are fruit related.

They updated the layout of the store but I liked the previous layout better. Service seems to have gotten a lot faster and the drinks taste very nice!
