I literally pick food from Silver Spoon Heartland twice a week. I was in Iqbal and thought to pick the food from Silver Spoon there. Picked 2 Biryani, fish and chicken patties. It was really not up to par. The Biryani was extremely dry and the chicken had am after taste. Seemed that it was a day old and reheated and given. The later 2 were absolutely not the same taste either. The patties was super soggy and fish was dry. Wish they served food the same way as their heartland location!

Went here on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised! The food was absolutely delicious — the chow mein Sunday deal with chilli fish is a must-try. Great portion size and full of flavor, definitely worth it. I also tried the butter chicken, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve had — creamy, rich, and perfectly spiced.
The prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity you get. Service was on point too — Masood took great care of us, very friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
Overall, a great spot for a weekend meal. Will definitely be back again soon!

I bought 2 biriyanis. They replaced my biriyani which fell out because of improper packing. I wish they improved their packaging with a wrapper around to make sure it doesn't flip out of the cover.

I recently placed a catering order for 75 people under the Platinum Platter package. While the taste and quality of the food were good, I was extremely disappointed by a major issue with the quantity—particularly the meat portions. I only received enough chicken and lamb for about 35 people each, leaving me significantly short for nearly half my guests. This caused a lot of inconvenience and embarrassment at the event.
I contacted the owner and was told that this 50-50 split is standard practice. However, when I reached out to another branch (Mississauga, Britania) and , they said I should have received chicken and lamb for all 75 people. This contradiction is frustrating and raises serious concerns about consistency and transparency in how orders are fulfilled.
I hope the business takes accountability and addresses this issue properly. A disappointing experience overall due to poor communication and execution on a large, paid order.
What a horrible way to handle such a large order and the audacity to say they are not sorry for this huge mistake. rest aside the humiliation we had to endure!!

Update 0623: It's been two weeks I've sent them the details in the email they provided and i have not got a response yet! Looks like it's just a show off that they care, but they don't. Please make sure when you place a catering order for your program, otherwise you will meet the same fate as me. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! :(

I used Too Good To Go (TGTG) to try food from this place, paid $9.03 with tax for discount end of day promo, the advertise price is $15, all i got is a small portion of lasagna (~5" x 5") and two container of all sauce, this is a rip off. Never again will get anything from this place.
