WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I came here and got the double bacon stack smash burger and a Oreo cookies and cream shake and I got FOOD POISONING! I read other reviews on here afterwards with the same experience! I came here to get a bite to eat just before my flight and it’s the only thing I ate so I know for a fact it was from this place. I was on the toilet and throwing up for 2 days when I was on vacation. Couldn’t eat anything. I will NEVER come back here or to another smash burger place after this experience. WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever experienced! Please guys avoid this place….

I was feeling a burger waiting at the airport. Came across this place and decided to give it a try. Not expecting too much, because airport food is generally to be expected. But I was actually incredibly surprised by how good this thing was. Double American. fat juicy patties, perfectly seasoned, soft bun, good pickles, perfect amount of sauce. Leaving a review because the rating is quite low and based of my experience, that doesn’t make sense. Very good burger.

Food was good but I got double charged because there tap machine wasn't working properly but the manager did tell customers to call or email smash burger to get a refund if they got double charged.i got the evidence saved for being double charged for my food at Pearson airport

They forgot to apply the $15 off that Porter Airlines gave for a late flight departure to any food court item at Toronto Pearson Airport. Only noticed when I got back to Montreal. It's been two weeks and their customer service is completely clueless how to refund the incorrect charge. I've told them a million times we don't have any smashburger franchises in Montreal so I don't want any gift card and to find the bill at the airport location. I keep getting ignored.

Food poisoning! Went there had the burger and shake, didn’t eat anything besides this place. I was in the bathroom the rest of the night(and flight on my way home) was sick for a week. Never again.

I had Smashburger at Pearson for a dinner before my flight and was so pleasantly surprised. The burger was amazing and the portion of fries huge! The only downside is that they can take a little longer than expected if there are a few people ahead of you (so maybe not the best option if it’s nearing boarding time).

Burger is perfect but the lady work on kitchen name parjinder she came to the window and comment something rude. I just normally asked server how long it is going to take coz my flight boarding started so the front staff was really polite and asked kitchen she came to window and rudely answered. So please atleast teach your staff for the customer service

I recently dined at Smashburger in Pearson International Airport in Toronto. I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh and tasty food they offer. As a weary traveler, I'm always concerned about consuming food that might not agree with my stomach. It's a great option for travelers' safe meals before a flight.
We are a family of three and we all ordered Jalapeño beef burgers and fries. The burgers were freshly made and quite flavourful. The only reason why I have to take one star away is that the price charged for the amount of food is quite high.
