Fries are nice and crispy, and the milkshake was pretty good. Ordered the mushroom truffle burger on a gluten free bun due to a gluten allergy. I was given the wrong order, which was a breakfast sandwich and a chicken burger. Waited 25 minutes for the correct order and it was so greasy that it was pretty much inedible.

I ordered a smash burger without all of the veggies, only cheese and ketchup. I later found out that they gave me no bun, just an extremely overcooked patty with melted cheese. This is my go to burger order for every restaurant, and this was the first one where I didn’t even have a BUN. I got the food right before my flight and I brought it straight to my gate which was extremely far from the burger place, so I didn’t have time to check my burger or complain. I am in B5 and this place was B26. It may not have seen far, but the walk was 7-10 minutes. I had to eat this burger with a fork and knife.

As far as airport food goes, solid 4/5. Had the double patty spicy jalapeño bbq burger - was fresh, tasty, substantially sized/filling for $13 cad.
Waiting for tge order for more than 30 min. This is supposed to be fast food restaurant and the service should quick. The reason for that pathetic service is only one person managing kitchen, service and cash counter. Most of the customers are waiting for their orders like us.Mr. Jeffery, with this you are not only spoiling your imagery but losing your custoemrs. Traveled to Ireland from Toronto airport. they made me wait 20 mins for my order. On the way back, they made me wait a further 20 mins, brought out the wrong order, argued with me over my fries saying I never ordered them! Grunted at me then when I proved them wrong.
