Smoke's poutinerie

Picked up some poutine on December 20th and they are still charging the tax that is supposed to be exempt during the tax holiday. Tried to explain that to the non Canadian working there but I think his rag is wrapped to tight. Will be last time I go to any smoke poutinerie

Food is very expensive, you should go downtown Orlando if you have the time. You can find better place more Poutine friendly for this price!

The worst experience I had with any restaurant. I ordered Butter Chicken poutine I waited but no one told me my order is ready. Once I went there to check there is a poutine lying close to the window I had to ask whether it is my order then they said yes. I took it I found out it is a regular one without any chicken, and when I went back to complain they are really rude and told me there is only small portion of chicken served but there is 0 chicken!!! No apologies or giving me the chicken I ordered. Ridiculous that there is a business like this.

Worst poutine ever! Having this poutine as someone who is not familiar with Smoke’s Poutine gives people the worst impression about the brand itself and the quality they provide.

The poutine is not made properly, all the ingredients taste as if they’ve been stored for weeks, including the fries – which are then topped with a massive amount of gravy.

Please change the people working here or close this location, it’s absolutely terrible. Nothing compared to a real well prepared Smoke’s Poutine.

Service was pretty bad as well, zero customer service skills.

Traveling with family went to order was told cashier is on break, which is crazy, she's like I can't take cash.

So they don't have anyone to replace th3 cashier or lady can come down, it wasn't even busy.

No one was there. Lady said there management makes them work like slaves, I told his this can't be happening at pearson airport.

Lady had a huge attitude, zero customer service seemed like she doesn't like her job.

Went there at 1815hrs on 22nd October 2024.

Have had this in Windsor and it was delicious. The one at the airport the cheese didn't melt even at the bottom and the gravy had no flavor.

By far the slowest smoke's poutine I have ever been to. Came here after a long trip trying to get some quick Canadian comfort food. Literally nothing was happening in the kitchen for half an hour or so. The gravy was very watery for some weird reason.

We grabbed a bacon and egg breakfast burrito her this morning and it was wonderfully fresh and filling. A regular is huge and you can add lots of fresh toppings.

I ordered a small bacon routine and they gave me a small vegetarian traditional, and I told them that I wanted the bacon one and they just threw bacon on the vegetarian one instead of making me another meal and when I asked for the traditional gravy and not the veggie they said the gravys are the same what makes the difference is the topping they add. although one is clearly vegetarian one and one is the beef stock gravy Maybe if the worker wasn’t on her phone and paying attention she would’ve gone my order correctly

Catering at Pearson is quite depressing especially before security. At least this is Canadian home grown junk fast food and is not Timmie. The flavours of the butter chicken poutine sauce are not bad, but they get dull after the 5th bite. The ingredients are no doubt of the most basic quality.

Food quality is very poor. I have had poutine at many different places and this is near or at the bottom of the list. Its expensive but thats to e expected being at the airport

They got our order wrong and gave us bland fries and most of the fries were burnt. We ate some because we were hungry otherwise we wouldve thrown it in the bin on the first bite.

The taste wasn’t horrible it was okay , but the reason why I’m giving a 3 star is because after eating the poutine my stomach didn’t feel the greatest. The presentation of my fries looked fine that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars

Just had a Amazing,fresh, hot and spicy “buffalo cauliflower ranch poutine” . Great taste
