We went for an early dinner on a Monday around 4pm, it was a perfect time to go. We got the brisket jalepeno burger and Korean half rack ribs and a unicorn punch tea. Some reviews say the brisket and ribs were dry and salty but we found them delicious, juicy and tender with a nice smokey flavour. I always try to find a place with a worthy burger and this place finally gave me what I wanted in a burger. It was unique and not just a burger you could find anywhere. The unicorn tea was also something I enjoyed, it changed color and had a hint of chai in it. It was nice because I always try to look for places that sell special teas and not just the basics. The service was great, our server today gave us time to look at the menu and checked in on us when needed. The atmosphere was comfortable and this is a place we are already recommending to our friends who love trying new restaurants

Rich side dishes, but this cannot make up for the flaws of smoke itself. If you haven't eaten smoke bbq, it's acceptable here. But if you are a real expert. Their problem is that they have no sincerity. Perhaps they smoked for 1-2 hours just when they were about to complete the balance cost.

I gave this restaurant 5 stars last year, but unfortunately, this year I was very disappointed. We came as a group of 8 people, and were told that if we wanted to sit together, we had to pay an additional 15% — which I found completely unreasonable.
It’s disappointing to see such a policy, and the management clearly doesn’t understand how to build customer loyalty. I felt embarrassed in front of my friends and family, and I will not be returning — nor will I recommend this place to others.
Sometimes, leaving a negative review is necessary to help others make informed decisions. I work in the same field and would never pressure my customers to pay more than the price of their food and no supervisor available to talk, that waht they told me.

This is an impression review of Smokey Sammy BBQ with some questions.
1.) Who owns & operates it ?
2.) Why are majority of reviews only from South Asians (Indians) ?
3.) Why is brisket prepared like roast beef ? There's no slow smoke color and resembles steamed not smoked.
If I'm gonna drop a couple hundred $$$ I wanna know the dileo with this place. Especially given the review photo's don't resemble real smoke house bbq.

The sandwich brisket is so yummy! You can taste the smokiness. They give a big portion too. Great value for money.

Also, this restaurant has a nice ambiance! On top of that, you have 4 restaurants at one location. You can order different types of food from bbq, naan, burger and pastries at one location. It’s a fusion of restaurants and not food which is great because then they retain flavours which we are used too if not enhanced it instead of creating fusion of flavours which can be awkward.

The service is great too. Our server Sans has great customer service. Made sure we were served properly!

Of all the places I’ve eaten in Toronto and the GTA this is might genuinely have the worst food I ever had. The Mac and cheese was absolutely disgusting and came out cold having to be remade. The brisket was more fat than meat and was so dry. The chips and queso were good but you literally can’t mess up chips and dip. The price I paid for one person I could’ve fed my whole family with much better quality. The following morning I woke up with food poisoning from the meat and I was projectile vomitting everywhere I beg you to stay clear of this place. I’m done following TikTok recommendations! The unfortunate part is they have such great workers there and one gentleman who helped me out there was so patient and so accommodating really great example of customer care. His name was Vasu I believe. All in all I wish I could give less than 1 star.

Absolutely delicious food. Service was amazing, Sans was great at service and very helpful and provided excellent service. They held the table for us during busy time.
