There's form but no spirit. They want to learn about Korean Bingsu the shaved ice, but it only has the appearance; there's no depth to it. The red beans lack flavor, the upper layer isn’t sweet enough, and the bottom layer is just sweetened milk. I have a feeling that this shop doesn't offer the real Korean taste. There are many cheaper options available such as Snowday, or Tokyo Cheese Cake

Had the absolute worst experience at any establishment I’ve gone to in a long time. My wanted to go here as we went here a few years back with our firstborn. This time we had dinner elsewhere and with the kids decided to go here. Our dessert arrived in a timely manner, however, the female worker felt she had the need to come to our table and ask us to keep our 1 year old quiet, because she would hum and coo every 1-2 minutes for 2-3 seconds when she wanted more dessert. Like how ridiculous could you get? That’s a one year old, how are you to ask her not to “coo” for food. Staff needs to either learn and understand that children are playful and one year old babies can’t be asked to keep quiet. There were other tables that were louder in just speaking and laughing than ours. Did she go up to them and ask them to keep it down? Nope.
If she has such an issue with children, maybe put up a sign on your door that is clearly visible and readable stating no children allowed for dine in.
Came here with my 4 kids, my husband and my mom for dessert after we came from halal ribfest. the server was extremely rude and came over to our table to ask me to “control” my one year olds voice volume. Mind you she’s still a baby and was crying... We felt really unwelcomed and took our dessert to go. I suggest you don’t bring kids here the atmosphere looks friendly and fun but it clearly isn’t a family friendly environment.
