STORE MANAGER SAM IS INCOMPETENT AND IS IN WAY OVER HIS HEAD. THE ONLY WAY THIS STORE CAN IMPROVE IS WITH A NEW STORE MANAGER. Slow service. They do not make drinks in the order they are received. Twenty plus minutes waiting for an order. Drinks are made incorrectly. Staff need training in efficiency and on how to make drinks properly.

I ordered a tall decaffeinated Caramel Macchiato and after waiting a very long time, I received steamed milk with caramel syrup. It was so crowded so I just threw it out and carried on with my day.

I rarely have a bad experience at Starbucks, but this is one of them. I clearly asked for my iced espresso (quad) in a Venti cup, but when I got it, it was in a grande - and when I mentioned it, the barista was very rude to me and only offered to pour the already made drink into a venti cup- but I wanted it remade correctly.. Pouring it into a venti would completely ruin the aesthetic and it wouldn't be full. Then she said that she had already been nice enough to fill up the grande size drink . I asked for extra oat milk for that exact reason.I am a Starbucks Partner also, and I am NOT impressed!! ?

Staff here are rude and they ignore certain customers. It's as if the employees think they're better than everyone waiting for their order and simply do not care that you're there. One of the worst Starbucks I have been to.

did a mobile pick up order person putting my drink on the counter for pick up was super polite and said i had a cool name she made my day.only suggestion would be to have marked spots to stand in on for mobile pick up order everyone just hovered around so no distancing and if its your first time you are kinda clueless as to whats going in as its not clearly marked what is in store order line and what is the area for pick up and mobile pick ups.

Average starbucks, customer service was decent but overall could have been better as they forgot part of my order, I had to remind them and they took care of it right away. nothing really special about this place either, looks like your average starbucks. Line situation was a bit complicated.
