I’ve used Starbucks restrooms at many locations before placing my order and never had an issue, but at this store the employee insisted I had to purchase first and spoke in a way that felt judgmental and unnecessary. I was polite and fully intended to order right after, yet I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome for no good reason. Policies are one thing, but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy were disappointing and not what I expect from a place that claims to value customer experience.

Why was I given what looks like a “Tall” in a grande cup lol. I go to this location quite often but once I was home I noticed my cup wasn’t full… and it’s still filled with foam so who knows how low it actually goes. Picture below I didn’t even take a sip yet

Honestly, Ive never been to a Starbucks that messes up orders like this one. Tell them grande, they’ll give you a tall. Not own up to their mistake either. The sass they’ll show you after is out the world too.

Seriously, learn some customer service and get your orders right.

Very disappointed. This is the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. I only go here because it’s in my neighborhood, but I try to avoid it whenever I can.

This is not a one-time issue. I’ve had many bad experiences and have had to drive back and forth from home multiple times because my drink was made incorrectly. They clearly don’t respect customers or their time.

I’m fine with paying extra for no ice, but my drink is always watery anyway, sometimes even with ice added. Tonight I ordered a Mango Dragonfruit with coconut milk, vanilla sweet cold foam, no ice, and no water. I paid the extra charge, yet the drink was still wrong.

When they remade it, the barista spilled the drink and most of the inclusions went into the sink. I left with a watery drink and only a few pieces of fruit. The staff then closed the store behind me and acted like they just wanted me gone.

I don’t blame the younger employees—they’re clearly trained this way. The real problem is management and ownership. The manager is consistently rude, unpleasant and unprofessional, and nothing ever changes.

I never have these issues at other Starbucks locations. This was my last visit.
This location is a shame to Starbucks.

Please do read the receipt, I ordered 2 times recently, you guys never follow the receipt. Last time I ordered cran-merry drink and got a cran-merry lemonade,this time I got a Light ice with full cup of ice. This is not acceptable!

Service by Mulini was horrible, he was working like he didn't have a job very slow and just no eagerness. I waited 20 mins for my order. And the only thing he cared about was an old worker vacation. The manager ubay was working very hard at it was sad to see how he didn't have supportive staff.

Came here through the drive thru with my girlfriend. We ordered the breakfast sandwiches thinking they would be better than other restaurants (McDonald’s, Tim Hortons etc.), however the sandwiches were very unappetizing… cold & bland. Even the hot chocolate tasted like chalk & water mixed together with no flavour whatsoever. We had to wait 10-15 mins in the line for 3 items just to get a subpar breakfast. I was under the impression Starbucks was industry leaders, unfortunately that notion came crashing down after this visit.

There’s a label on the washroom door to ask the barista for the washroom unlock code, when asked I’m told to buy something in order to use the washrooms, why not list that… list to buy something in order to use washrooms. It makes sense to do this instead of put up a label that says ask barista for washroom unlock code. When I have to buy something to get the code not just ask the barista for the code. I understand I must pay to use the code washroom just say that not write “ask barista for code for washrooms”. Nothings free and what’s free comes with hidden strings. I have to pay to use my washroom personally and commercially (hydro bills) so this isn’t new to me. At least I’m not instructed to talk to someone about it. Just pay the bill to get what you want whenever you want it. Talk is cheap. How much do I have to pay for the code guys 😂
