I came to the store to show them the bank transactions that my debit had been charged twice for 2 times . Before the manager white man solve that problem in 2 minutes and reversed my money but today the girl name Linh check around 20 minutes and called another girl , I forget to look at her name. She let me wait for 10 minutes and doesn’t check anything and tell me call the customer services. This is ridiculous and not pro. It’s wasting my holiday time

One of the last Starbucks I see that has the pike place/old school Starbucks vibes. But, bathrooms look like they haven’t been properly cleaned for at least a week, and not swept or mopped for ~2 days. Leadership could do a better job of teaching/training and overseeing proper floater techniques to speed things up, but the staff was otherwise pleasant.

Bad server, flinched when I asked to fill my water bottle. I'm a regular customer but never again. It's human decency and kindness to give people water. Learn some manners!

Michelle is incredible! She remembers our order and engages in warm, personalized conversation. It’s such a pleasure to be served by her—she makes our experience a 1000/10 every time!

Worst location when it comes to customer service. The new girl or south Asian woman always keeps making the same mistake of never taking baked items out on the counter on time for anyone doing mobile order pickups. She always forgets to take whatever u ordered on the app & never puts it on the counter until u have to tell her. She's keeps making same mistake several times... how does she still work there? I know it's not an easy job but her attitude is poor as well as her communcation skills. How can someone keep making the same mistakes repetitively and never learn their lessons??? I've seen her supervisor/manager scold her for it but somehow this employee manages to do a good job at making customers wait longer than usual. I always have to wait longer cuz while everyone else who comes after me gets their order even tho I was 1st. Don't see her logic. Clearly she needs better awareness or this job role isn't for her.

Was there just now waiting to be served. Long time standing with no customers but those sitting inside. I was ignored. No greetings not even a smile. A white lady came and she was served immediately. Am brown skin. Looks like a descrimination. I went out without buying my drinks and never to come back this Starbucks location again.
Requested to have a Venti Frappuccino split in 2 cups. They said it wasn't a problem, but I would have to pour it into another cup myself but they would give me the cup. What a mess I would make on their counter trying to shake the Frap out of one cup into the other. Guess it would have been too difficult for them to figure out the Venti would fit in 2 Tall cups. Went to another Starbucks and they had no issue with doing so.... Won't be going to this location again.

Never had an issue with any Starbucks or with this location until now. I've been a member with Starbucks for about 10 years. Itold them that today is my birthday & I'd like a free drink. I showed them proof that it was my Birthday today. They asked me are if I am a member for the past few years, I said yes. Then they asked if I had purchased anything from the within the past few days or weeks, I said yes & showed them my purchase history on the app. Finally, they asked if I had received an Email confirmation that it was my birthday. Are u kidding me? I have never received any Email confirmation or whatever type of Email from Starbucks saying I have their permission to get a free Birthday item...unbelievable. The woman with pink hair & the woman with short hair are not compassionate nor nice. Let alone not understanding. They said i had to call customer service over this stuff...well, doesn't matter now cuz I'm fed up of how everything only gets worse at Starbucks. Basically, all i got was a Happy birthday but we don't care despite me showing them proof & answering their silly question. Worst location & service I've ever experienced at this Starbucks.

absolutely love this Starbucks! The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. My drinks are consistently made just the way I like them, and the quality is always top-notch. Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee on the go or sitting down to work for a while, this place never disappoints. Plus, the service is quick, even during busy times. Highly recommend!

Love Starbucks but this was the first location I’ve ever been to that informed me that my beverage will not be filled up to the top of the cup after I requested less ice. I’ve been going to this location for some time now and this was the first time I’ve been notified of this … absolute nonsensical policy and corporate needs to look into this. I’m done going to this location and hope this doesn’t become a consistent theme across all locations as there are multiple coffee shop alternatives available that do not enforce these greedy policies.

For anyone who has experienced this (seems like a lot) please visit https://customerservice.starbucks.ca and complain about this specific location. You’ll likely get a refund on the purchase and more importantly, get feedback sent to this specific location as it seems it’s just this one store imposing this policy.

I was in drive-thru to pick up an mobile order and when I received the vt iced shaken espresso, The quantity of beverage was about that of a grande. The lady at the window said it was because I ordered light ice. Fair enough. I asked if I could pay for extra milk to be added in. She said they weren't allowed to charge for extra milk anymore? She said that this was a new rule that had been implemented? Since when does Starbucks not allow a customer to purchase extra milk for their beverage??? She also had such an attitude while speaking and handing me the poorly crafted drinks. This kind of attitude has been received multiple times from this store. Not sure I will ever come here again.
