Thereās a label on the washroom door to ask the barista for the washroom unlock code, when asked Iām told to buy something in order to use the washrooms, why not list that⦠list to buy something in order to use washrooms. It makes sense to do this instead of put up a label that says ask barista for washroom unlock code. When I have to buy something to get the code not just ask the barista for the code. I understand I must pay to use the code washroom just say that not write āask barista for code for washroomsā. Nothings free and whatās free comes with hidden strings. I have to pay to use my washroom personally and commercially (hydro bills) so this isnāt new to me. At least Iām not instructed to talk to someone about it. Just pay the bill to get what you want whenever you want it. Talk is cheap. How much do I have to pay for the code guys š

Have been to tons of Starbucks too use the washroom. Sometimes buying something and sometimes not. Should not matter. Have never had an issue or been told to buy something before hand. Well that changed today. Won't ever be purchasing something from this location again. Oh well.

Pick a different location. The staff at this location would rather chit chat instead of serving customers. Stood there waiting only to receive rude looks from the lady behind counter. Had me waiting so long had to leave without being served

I usually go to Starbucks for their great coffee and excellent customer service, but unfortunately, my experience at this location on Friday was very disappointing. When I walked in, the staff member rudely told me to move to the other side of the line. When it was finally my turn, she took my order without greeting me or showing any courtesy, even though I noticed she greeted and spoke kindly to the customer after me.
To make things worse, the coffee I received tasted old and far from the usual Starbucks quality. I donāt want to assume, but as a brown customer, I couldnāt help but feel I was treated differently, which left me very uncomfortable.
This was not the Starbucks experience Iāve come to expect, and I wonāt be returning to this location again.

Went in and could not use bathroom until I ordered something. Iām an adult. I understand about people who come in and abuse or sleep or do bad things in a bathroom, but for a professional adult this is absurd.

I love this location and my experience here has been always great until today. I am not the one to complain, but today when i ordered my matcha coffee, it was not blended well and when i went to mention it, the lady who took my order behaved in a way which was very unpleasant. They did change my coffee but without acknowledging it.
I like the guy who is always taking orders through drive through but never the lady when i go through the front as she is not at all pleasant.
normally love Starbucks, but this time was a serious letdown. I ordered a Strawberry Lemonade, expecting a refreshing, fruity drinkāand what I got was a half cup of ice with a few strawberries floating on top. Whereās the lemonade?
It felt like I paid full price for a sample. I get that presentation matters, but taste and quantity matter more. If I wanted flavored ice, Iād have stayed home and made it myself.
Please do better, Starbucks. I know you can.
