I visited the Starbucks last night I will attach a picture of what I ordered they forgot the vanilla bean and I paid for extra whip cream she fills the lid with the whip cream so when I go to take off the lid it's all stuck in the whip cream normally when that happens the Starbucks barista knows to put it in a Venti cup because I want extra whip cream which is what I paid for she put it in the grande cup still And it gets stuck in the lid I ask her can I please have this Venti cup she pours it into the Venti cup and proceeds to give me back the lid full of whip cream this sounds silly but when you pay for something extra that you want it should be done correctly The Asian girl who made my drink then proceeds to make free drinks for two of her coworkers that were not clocked in and just hanging out on their laptops on the long tall table top.

This location genuinely baffles me with how consistently they get drinks wrong. I usually order online for delivery and unfortunately, I keep making the same mistake of ordering from this location since it is local to me. I believe now that it's been every single time that I've ordered here that my order is completely wrong. Usually, I'll ask for creme frappuccinos because I am conscious of my caffeine intake for health reasons. Every time, they've given me frappuccinos with coffee in them. Yet, tonight had to be the most laughable instance that caused me to write this review. I'm guessing they made what they think is a frappuccino, but hot. A hot frappuccino. I've never once in my life seen this happen and it genuinely confuses me. You have the instructions right there on what to make, and you're trained on how to make these drinks. Genuinely how can you mess up this bad? Is there some sort of competition on who can get the order the most wrong between staff here? The only reason this is getting two stars still is because they somehow don't mess up the pastries.
They should update their operating hours! They closed before 7 pm and google shows 10:30 pm!!

This was officially the WORST Starbucks in the entire world! I’m from Seattle and honestly can’t believe a Starbucks like this exists. Everything I asked for felt like a chore for the staff. They couldn’t even properly customize my drink—my vanilla bean powder was missing—and I was given a sandwich without a fork and knife. When I asked for a stopper, stickers were just thrown at me!
I’m really disappointed in how Starbucks in Canada is operating. I’ve even sent an email to Starbucks head office regarding the behavior and staffing issues here. This franchise was invented in the U.S., and part of its success comes from standing by excellent customer service—something this location clearly lacks. I hope things change soon.🇺🇸
