I’ve been coming to this Mississauga Starbucks for over a decade, and they are truly masters of consistency! Consistent customer service, consistent beverage preparation, consistent cleanliness, and consistently quick service.

The only thing that’s changed over the years is the staff, which is to be expected—but every team member continues to raise the bar. This location is the blueprint for how a coffee shop chain should operate, with outstanding customer service at its core.

My drink of choice is simple: a dark roast pour-over. Nothing fancy, but the team here treats it like a specialty order every time. When I preorder, they always brew it fresh and make it to perfection.

The staff are exceptional! From the manager, O’Neill, to the baristas—Jenna, Emily, Chloe, Annie, Jess, Vera, Iris, Stella, Alma, and others—you won’t find a more welcoming, all-star team anywhere else. And I’ve visited many Starbucks locations, so this is no bias.

Conveniently located right off the QEW with ample parking, this spot truly doesn’t get any better!

Such an amazing customer service from barista. I forgot to get her name but she had pink highlights in her hair. If you are reading it by any chance. Thank you so much for that extra strawberry foam. You literally made my day and satisfied my cravings. Hope to see you again. Thank you so much 👌👌☺️☺️

Sound Soul

I used to LOVE this Starbucks soo much, a few of the workers there are so sweet and kind. However, there was an incident with a guy named Robin, never had an issue with him before but he was so friendly and kind to everyone before and after me and there was one thing different, I had on a scarf. Felt a bit islamaphopic . I am all for growth and learning but his service was very poor. I was told by a previous worker there about this sort of discrimination but didn’t believe it until I saw it for the first time today. Won’t be spending my $ here anymore because service and equality is very important to me. Just a friendly reminder, we all are human and there is no reason to project what you feel on to others especially in customer service. Kindness should be to all people who come in to your store until they show you otherwise. If you can’t be friendly to people of all walks of life perhaps a job in customer service is not for you. Love always wins and I’m very disappointed to say the least of what I experienced today.

Came here today because I had some money in my Starbucks card so thought to use it, & in 2025 same ish lol nice guy tho arrow or aro (hope I spelt it right) he is dope amazing energy & genuine may God bless him. There is a little Asian girl there really bad attitude I really hope whatever got her so unkind she can heal God willing. Bad energy in my drink lol thankfully I used all the money no wonder Starbucks isn’t the same. Cheer up life’s hard for everyone kindness takes nothing tho & actually gives you more blessings in the long run.

This is the WORST Starbucks in Mississauga and I buy a lot of Starbucks(unfortunately). The workers are lazy, slow and never make the drinks correctly. Always inconsistent when you order. I even watched the girl make the drinks sloppy and incorrectly when I waited for my drink. Send them over to trillium hospital since they seem to be sick of their jobs. If we wanted Tim hortons service, that’s where we’d go.

Popped in here to use the bathroom and grab a bite afterwards. I asked for the bathroom password and was told I must buy something first before I can use the bathroom. I stated I was planning to buy afterwards, but staff (young girl pale complexion, dark hair) insisted no. Found this quite rude and unwelcoming overall. After I left the building walking to my car I saw the two staff on shift smiling at each other and talking about the interaction. Would never return.

I was waiting in line and couldn’t help but notice the one barista who was making the drinks running around doing majority of the work while the other 2 just kinda stood around.
The one was at cash, but she was incredibly rude. Like she just wanted me to get out of there so she can go back to standing around.
The other one seemed to just be going in and out of the back room trying to look busy while the girl was left alone to make the drinks.
I had a chat with the barista (her name was Jenna) and I joked with her that she needed roller skates for doing the job of what looked like 3 people.
Honestly, that girl needs a raise.

Disappointed by the Lack of Basic Courtesy

Before ordering, I asked to use the washroom — something quite normal for someone planning to sit and enjoy their time at a café. Unfortunately, a staff member named Manny refused and insisted I had to order first. I found this quite unwelcoming and unnecessary, especially in a place that encourages comfort and connection

I visited about a month ago for a takeout coffee.

It was around $2 and change and since there wasn't any table service, I didn't tip. My coffee was left on the counter without anyone letting me know it was ready. There were 3 baristas at the counter and nobody had anything to do…

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at this Starbucks location, which unfortunately fell short of the standards I’ve come to expect.

From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. I attempted to order my usual beverage, but I was met with a curt response rather than a warm greeting. The barista seemed distracted and impatient — barely making eye contact and clearly eager for me to just order and leave.

When I asked a simple question about the menu, I received a dismissive answer and felt chastised for asking. No friendliness, no warmth — just a cold and perfunctory tone that made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable.

I understand that stress or a busy shift might explain hurried service, but it doesn’t excuse a lack of basic courtesy and respect for customers.

I share this feedback not to demonize the staff but in the hope that management will reinforce customer service training and remind the team that Starbucks is meant to feel inviting and accommodating.
