Came into this store and asked for a drink I had two years ago. Staff had no clue. The male supervisor then proceeds to yell over my voice. You think for a chain that is losing support by the millions, you can accept the fact it’s bad policy to argue with your clientele. Good riddance.

Clean. gREAT service and kindness from all staff...which is so rare these days. Clean bathrooms and lots of great seating.
Go to Daddy'O's Donuts (1 min away) after with your coffee. They have the best donuts in the whole world. Yum yum

The bathroom was so filthy I thought I’d stumbled into a horror movie. The garbage bins were filled to the brim like they were auditioning for a "Mount Trashmore" exhibit. I couldn’t even think about eating there—it was like the place was hosting a "Germ Fest 2024." Truly a nasty, nasty place!

Very clean. Service was great. Quick and the staff were friendly. You need a code to use the washrooms. The lounge a working areas ate quiet and very cozy. I like that they had soy milk and vegan friendly options. This location had cake pops. Parking lot is very small and hard to find parking sometimes.
Vegetarian options: They have soya milk options to replace 2% milk. Extra pumps of flavour cost extra. Approximately 60 cents.

This is a good location considering the neighbourhood it is located at the place is nice and clean but good for occasional visits as I still am not satisfied with the asking price for a coffee should not be 5$

But what annoyed me today was no one knows how to listen. It’s is one of the key thing a in customer service. So tell me how I order 2 small(tall) ice coffee and got 1 Grande ice coffee. Trying to understand the two, so please listen it’s NOT that hard to listen and stop THINKING what you want.
